Hmmm, day after Boxing Day, feels the same, but people are more active, except me, I’m really tired...? Not sure what that’s about, I didn’t sleep so well last night, but I’m used to that.
Anyway... We watched Colour of magic and we are watching part 2 tonight, The Light Fantastic. Yay for Kezza for downloading it. She didn’t realise it was out on DVD. Strangely enough, a lot of my friends have that problem. I hired it a few weeks ago, on overnight hire, but ran out of time to watch it. It’s really good though.
We are (well the others are) cleaning out Meg’s shed today, tis full of our stuff from gramps place. We are going to try take as much home as possible, good thing we brought mum’s work car, its a station wagon.
We’ve also played some wii. And I’ve done a load of laundry. Fun. Not. LOL.
On the deeper side of this trip. Did I mention this is the first time we have gone away, without taking our beloved Zack? He’s a fourteen year old border collie kelpie cross. I feel really bad for him. MC and Mackenzie have both been alone before with carers, but never Zack. It’s weird not having him here. I’m looking forward to seeing him again tomorrow. Yeah, that’s right; we go back to Melbourne tomorrow. A good thing and a bad thing I’m afraid. David, my brother, doesn’t cope well in country environments, nothing for him to do and his girlfriend is back there. I prefer it here, except its not my home so i cannot access some item I would like, such as my books and cat. I miss my boyfriend too, but he’s gone camping so it is not like I’d see him if I was there anyway. Plus I’m already in a long distance relationship with him since I live in Bendigo throughout the year. Stacey is ill and wants nothing more than to go home. Mum wants to stay though; she and Meg don’t get to spend much time together these days. Sharon and Nathan went to his parents place for the remainder of the break. Michael has gone to visit his girlfriend for a few days and won’t be back till later next week, but with any luck he’ll be at a New Years Eve party we are planning. Kerry and her David are visiting friends at the moment; they’ll be back later today. Mum, Meg and john are visiting Norma; Megs mum out at her farm.
