I stand in shock,
you turn and leave,
My heart now under lock,
As I wipe tears with my sleeve.

I break down at night,
try to look unchanged by day,
Thought everything was going right,
but I guess your heart began to stray.

Knowing I had ruined it,
but not meaning to,
I wonder when this will quit,
these feelings that I have for you.

Never once did I lie,
When I said "I love you",
Without you I just want to die,
Maybe this message will then get through:

I will always love you,
You can never leave my heart,
and my love will always be true.
I'm sorry that we must be so far apart.
