hey!!! um... yeah my friend just left! we had an awsome time! we practiced our flags, danced, went on a trail, and PIGGED OUT! lol but yeah it was fun and im gonna force myself to excersise today....*sigh* very depressing! lol i had a great day hangin out with my BFF and we gonna probobly go to the waterpark soon.
