Let me say this one thing;
I loved A.F.I. before they Decemberunderground came out, and I still do,
But, it's just not the same.
They sound so different, I don't know if it's a good or bad thing.
It's puzzling.

I totally agree with you, i still like them but somehow i feel like they were better before this album...i don't know it's like they change a bit sweatdrop

I have been an almost obsessive AFI fan for about 7 years now... And when Decemberunderground came out... I bought it that very day. Loved Prelude and Kill Caustic. Miss Murder was ok... Then the rest of the songs that followed, were like I was listening to a totally different band. It was really hard, because most of the songs weren't nearly in my range of tastes. I was VERY disappointed. But I thought, as a diehard fan, I would have been abandoning something that has been a part of my life for sooo long. So, I listened to it over. And over. And over... Until the songs got stuck in my head. Needless to say, it has grown on me. But, I wish they would go back to they're hardcore punk roots...

I actually liked the album >.<
Then again, I had never previously heard any of their songs [knowingly].
But now, I almost love any of their songs that I hear.
