Well, it's likely that not many people will agree with me on this one, but honestly, for when it was issued, Forbidden Planet was an incredible movie. Forbidden Planet was released more than 50 years ago, and yet it's still rated very well. If you haven't seen it, I recommend renting it.

I haven't seen too many sci fi movies recently. The best one I have seen (and actually remember) is Serenity. Yes, I'm a big Firefly fan.

In the episode of LOST, when the smoke monster attacked the security fence, I was screamin "Monsters from the Id, Monsters from the Id!" scream And watching Leslie Nielson be serious totally cracks me up rofl

My favorite sci flick would have to be all Star Trek movies, Star Wars (liked the older ones better then the new ones), Dune, A.I., and Alien Nation. This is also a list of the dvds I just finished watching. (Scifi movie marathons rock xp )
