Here's a poem I wrote ten minutes ago and I wanted some feedback. So please comment with some advice or compliments. Thanks.
If ever I have felt like this
It has never been so right
If ever I believed in love
I know it's true tonight
I'm falling off this cliff
And I honestly don't care
I can't wait to crash at the bottom
Because I know that you'll be there
Your every word and every smile
Plunges me deeper into ecstasy
You always know what's on my mind
Answering my silent plea
Reach out and take my hand in yours
Because tonight we're gonna run
Leave behind this world of pain
As two spirits become one
I turn around and look next to me
Expecting you to be by my side
Instead I find you where I want to be
On the other side of this great divide
Still, I feel that we're connected
Seeing the same stars in tonight's cold sky
I wish this moment would never end
I wish that I'd never have to say goodbye
