You've set out to do the impossible. xd What would you use to disprove reality but real things? The idea itself of "proof" is based on reality.

It strongly depends on what you define as "reality". Is the general socially perceived everyday reality ? Is it your perception of reality ? Is it "this" reality ? (if we think of Schrödinger's cat in the quantum physic's rule/theory).
By disapproving reality - You make a statement of your own existence according to rules that might go against our general perceptions of "this reality"

Have you ever read a book on quantum physics? It practically does it for you. At the very least, it succeeds in confusing anyone who comes across it in a serious manner for some time.
Also, Descarte set out to prove reality by simply stating, "I think, therefore I am." You are up against the likes of people that have tried prove it.
