My sister bought both of the games and loves them dearly. She let me play a little, and I'm considering buying them, but are they worth the money?

I'm too lazy to figure out what "KOTOR" stands for so I couldn't say.

Strideo I'm too lazy to figure out what "KOTOR" stands for so I couldn't say. Knights Of The Old Republic. A Star Wars game, if I recall, but of the details I know not!

The Games are set about 5000 years before Vader and his kids came on the scene, during the time of the Old Republic. In each game, you play as a different amnesiac Jedi with a shadowy past and a strong sense of purpose. What makes the games absolutely amazing are their high replay value. You can go light or dark side as a boy or girl, and pursue different romances and ways of doing things every time. I've "backseat driven" on my sister's computer so many times that it's starting to annoy her, and I think my mom might be considering giving 'em to me as an Easter present. I'm still undecided, though...hmmm....

Kotor rules and for those that havent figured it out yet its Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. that game is sweet! especially the ability to customize your weapons. that i found to be one of the most useful features.

Bokken_Sword Dude my disk for KOTOR II was scratched beyond recognition and I can no longer get the end TT.TT Anyway save your money and buy Mass Effect. i had KOTOR I. My Xbox was super glitchy because I had it for 3 years. KOTOR kept freezing when it was loading, so I used a sponge to wash it off. Water kills the disk! it kills it, I tell you! and when you use a sponge...it...it scratches the disk beyond repair!! Now I use the disk as a frisbie...I'm so sad! crying crying crying gonk crying
