I've only been there once, but I loved it! My step-sister lives around Lac LaBiche. We took a two-day trip to Edmonton and went to the West Edmonton Mall, which was fun. I really want to go back and visit my sis.

I've been it Vancouver twice and had an excellent time. I think I've even been to Surry. I took the Sky Train.

I've never been to Canada before, but I do want to go to British Columbia. In seventh grade, in Social Studies, we spent a lot of time studying Canada. From the video we saw, it has a lot of gardens, and that's where fruit is grown in Canada.

Long story short, it seems like a beautiful place that would be wonderful to visit.

I live in B.C but I don't live in the place with gardens and fruit because I live in a temperate rain forest, I think thats in the okanogan.

Wow, so many people like to visit Canada. I think that is great. Unfortunately, my country is so big, I haven't managed to visit the majority of it. The places I have visited have been wonderful.

I live in Toronto and have travelled most of Southern Ontario and some of Northern Ontario as well. I've also travelled East through Quebec, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. I would recommend all of them, for very different reasons.

BTW, the Niagara Region is known for not only Niagara Falls, but for the award winning wines that come from that region. If you like very sweet wine, try and get a of a bottle of Ice Wine. (It's only grown in Niagara as far as I know.) They leave the grapes on the vine until they have frozen. Once they harvest the frozen grapes, it makes a very sweet wine. (Niagara is also well known for it's fruit and vegetable farms.)

Visiting Quebec is almost like visiting another country, although they are part of Canada. Many people there speak French and the culture is unlike anywhere else I have experienced. It's wonderful.

In New Brunswick, my favorite place was Magnetic Hill. You put your car in neutral and it goes up the hill without any help from the engine. You have to experience it.

PEI is known for growing potatoes, not to mention being Canada's smallest province. Until a few years ago, the only way to the island was by ferry, but now there is The Link (a very, very long bridge between NB and PEI.) PEI is also known for it's soil, which is red and unlike thing else I have experienced.

I know most of you have mentioned places in Western Canada like British Columbia and Alberta. I just thought I would add my two cents about the rest of the country. (At least part I have experienced.)

Though I do love Niagara Falls for a quick getaway. There is tons to do, including two casinos.

Take care

I went to Quebec City a few years ago and stayed in le Frontenac and it was absolutely incredible! It was during the festivale d'ete de Quebec, which rocked with all the music acts. I've also camped up north in the summer in Quebec. One of the nat'l parks. A bit too much fishing for me, I wish I could have had my own small boat to explore in, but I loved picking wild blueberries and the gorgeous hiking and camping in general. It was such a beautiful place to write and draw.

I'm not from Canada, but I grew up about two hours south of Winnepeg in North Dakota ^_^ So I've been to Winnepeg a couple times, the International Peace Gardens (if that counts), and in November and December I flew up to Toronto for work a few times. The hotel they put us in was really nice, but there was nothing to do in the area. The only things nearby was a couple resteraunts. One of which was an *exquisite* buffet. Best I've had. The pilots I was with all agreed with me.
