The scarf is too bright compared to the rest of the red, and you'd probably do well to get a shirt, preferably one that can tie the gray on the hat and your shoes in. I don't like the white on the shoes, it's too much of a change from the black/red/skin. Your head is begining to look a little cluttered with the hat + halo, especially because your hair sticks out so much.
Those are just little things, though.
I like it. :]

red_betta title/ forum says it all. seeking constructive criticism and ides for improvement. i suggest adding flash accessories to accentuate the theme of the whole image that you want to portray mrgreen i rate it 7/10 coz it's overused sweatdrop

There's quite a bit of red, isn't there? Maybe add a contrasting color to define it a bit more. 6/10 smile

Being honest here, the whole theme in general is over used in the arena to the point where I go crazy when i see one.
I really do like the effort that you put towards getting the avi. I know that its hard....(Im going for an AFK for my arena avi) Maybe get a shirt to tie in the color theme, but no red. Just being honest and sorry to offend you if I did.
