My favorite is actually Ma'at, but I love Anubis as well. Since they work hand in hand, I suppose it works...

Hmm... I can't decide between Horus and Anubis, so I'll say both of them. Art and sculptures of Anubis are usually really cool, in my opinion. And with Horus you have his Eye of Horus symbol, which I love (have a silver and ammolite necklace of it 3nodding ), and from what I remember he was one of the kinder gods. Although I may be wrong since it's been a while since I read up on Egyptian mythology.
