What should be done with the empty subforum?
What should be done with the majority of the subforums?
They're pretty useless in my mind.

Maybe every now and then you could hold some sort of towns party or something, like go in the guild's house or a member's house if there is one available. I've done it tons of times, it's really fun. :]
I don't know about the subforums, though, usually in guilds people don't pay attention to them. Maybe have a sticky in the main forum that gives an update on the subforums that require updates. Like the contest subforum, advertise new contests on the main forum so that people will kind of pay a little more attention to it.

We used to have Guild house parties in Towns a lot.
I don't remember who hosted them any more, but we did!

That's a pretty good idea about the subforums.
I was thinking about creating some kind of directory or something so people could kind of fiqure out the subforums.
An update sticky or announcement sounds good.
