Awww, One day you'll make them just right.
Just takes alittle practice and a close watch to make sure they don't burn

Well, it would help if you put bread on the cheese. Grilled cheese Sandwiches.... I am so joking with you... heart I burn sometimes but it usually the bread. I hate flipping it and the bread shifts burning cheese on the skillet. hehe.... Hope you practice and get better 'cause it's a classic yum!

haha I make a mean grilled cheese...on a frying pan..yummm!
i always butter the pan a good amount (throw a small square in and melt it down)
the rule I use issss:
if the flame is small, the cheese will melt faster than the bread and the bread will be a little toasted.
if the flame is big, the bread will prob burn before the cheese is melted.
So usually use a medium size flame (about half way between the extremes on the stove)
also it helps if you constantly push down with a spatulua on the grilled cheese. This helps melt the cheese.
Plus practice makes perfect!

1. Make toast (2 slices)
2. Put a thin coat of butter or spray butter on the toast
3. Lay cheese slice (or slices or even cut up cheese) on top of one toast.
4. Put it on a paper plate and heat it in your microwave until the cheese gets bubbly.
5. Put top toast on the cheese
6. Devour.
7. Yum!
