Did you talk to your friend about this too? And another: could you see yourself spending the rest of your life with your ex? If you can then work it out with words and affection. If he rejects you again, don't flip out. Breath slowly and don't get depressed. The healing may take a while but that means that at least you care about them and your relationship with them. If you can find a way to express how you feel about him then you have a shot at keeping both of you together.

If you really think you need him, you could always ask your friend to cool it in front of your ex. Just all depends on how much you really like your ex.
Has he talked to your friend about it?

of course not. im so over that loser. and he didnt even tell me in person. he dumped me over the PHONE!! xp oh well>> my friends made me feel better.
