on the first of each month, starting September 2006, i will give 1000 gold to the person who has suggested the best book for us to read.
so you know i will check out every book you name, including poetry, prayers, history, theology, whatever, and review it.
the decision of the winner is up to me; it will be based on whether the book touches me, whether it is evocative or thoughtful.
so list any good books here

i am giving the reward now in September for the August posts
but because of the way gaia has meesed up the gold economy

blackpantseternal Kurimaru Dragonriders of Pern series by Ann McCaffrey. Wait wait wait. Wasn't that a game for the dreamcast?! The game was based of the books.I've played the game & it is pretty acurate, though I really wish I could have gotten to fight Thread.
