Science News

This thread it dedicated to science news. If you've read a cool science news story then post the link here and/or a summary of it. I'll also post up some science news sites as well as try my best to have a new science story up every day. (or at least one every few days.)

--> If you are posting a link: please make a link for it using the URL button in the post. I don't want the page to be stretched because of long website links.

Me being a gamer, found this article to be very interesting and exciting. It's about a Physics Chip to make video games that much more realistic.

(sorry there hasn't been a news update in a few days. I've been busy with stuff.)

Black Hole Pair Sets Proximity Record

LINK TO THE ARTICLE

Since I love astronomy I find this one especially interesting. 2 black holes found about 24 light years appart. That's closer then any other 2 black holes seen close together. This is especially interesting to those studying gravity waves. When these 2 black holes collide (which they will some day) it will be a big source of gravity waves that we might be able to detect.
