Things had gone from jovial and excited to tense and worried fairly quickly. News spread that Hateya - the next in line for the title of Thain and the job of ruling over the Suzat - was missing and everyone was gathering to try to help locate the young lioness. The wild dogs of the Aérastouvíos stood among the lions of the Suzat, worried expressions on the face of canine and feline alike. Arkani had taken the time to return to his den that he shared with his mate and their children and had returned to rally the search party where the original gathering had congregated.
"I appreciate all of you coming to help," the Thain said, a worried look on his usually happy face. Hateya was his daughter so of course he was concerned, but had it been any young Hobbit that was lost he would have been just as serious and focused.
"We're not sure where she's gone, but-"
"Arkani!"
A voice broke through the crowd as a pale lioness shoved her way without much mind for the other creatures that were inhibiting her path to the leader. Arkani paused in his speech and looked up, surprised when Xolile finally broke through the crowd.
"Pawprints!" she said, her eyes intense and her body tense. "I found fresh pawprints in Northfarthing. Small, and the scent wasn't too old. It's her." Her voice wavered towards the end of what she had to say, clearly eager to get back to Northfarthing to try to find Hateya. It was the largest farthing in the pride by far and was the only one that led to the rogue lands, not to mention with quite a few herds inhabiting the area it was certainly a dangerous place for a young lioness to be on her own.
"Good work, Xolile," Arkani said, turning his gaze back to those gathered. "We shall travel to Northfarthing and spread out. Perhaps we can find her before something happens." With that he and Xolile set off, the crowd parting a bit to let them pass. The Thain glanced around before spotting Aeolus and he made a quick detour to collect her as they walked.
"I apologize for this," he said quietly, the worry in his tone palpable. "It's not like her to wander off without telling us where she's going. I'm worried something may be wrong." It wasn't like the Suzat to put something before being welcoming hosts, but this definitely took priority.
"Perhaps your pack will have more success tracking her...I'm afraid that is not a skill set many here posses." The large group moved through Westfarthing to the border of the North, and as the hills settled into a welcoming flat plane Arkani turned to address those that were part of the search party.
"Call out if you find any clues. We have to spread out to work together but don't go too far from the others."

Imani was torn between being excited about the wild dog's presence, and very worried about Hateya missing. It wasn't often that something like this happened in the Suzat, and she couldn't possibly understand why the girl would simply vanish. The world was a big place after all, and one as small as her could easily get lost in it!
Beside Imani stood Inaota, ever the more grounded one of the pair. She wasn't a born hobbit, but she'd been accepted by the pride as a young cub, and this was her home. She would do everything possible to ensure young Hateya was found. She owed her Thain that much for taking her in.
"Northfarthing?" Imani echoed quietly as worry etched itself onto her features. She was a herder, and was well aware of the dangers that area presented. "Let's go Inaota, no time to waste," she prodded her friend as Arkani and the others set off to search.
"Don't have to tell me twice," Inaota replied curtly as she pivoted to follow her forever friend. Hopefully they'd be able to find Hateya soon and put an end to the worrying.

[ Note Aaya and Malkia are seers ]
Aaya (TigerLilly) and Xiǎo Fēi Xiá (PeterPan) were trotting along. They were travelers, and they preached about their pride, that they were oblivious to the fact that they were raided. Because these two were traveling and sending others back to where they were from. Like cubs, they were laughing, playing jokes, learning from others and so on. They were tightknit and always in high spirits. They noticed a couple of groups in the fore ground which they had just finished gathering things for their travels. Some stuff they had stashed to trade, and oh did they love to see new things and trinkets. They both looked at each other and smiled widely before nudging each other and racing towards the dogs and lions.
Oblivious to the concern that the groups of felines and canines had.
As they got closer, Aaya's legs started to give from the running and fell off the path and tumbled a little. Hearing the sounds of paws pads hurrying... the smell of fresh dew Her ears wanning a high pitch sound.
Xiao stopped and ran over to her. "Hey- Hey Aaya you ok?"
She shook her head and lifted herself a little unsteady.
Tsuitō[/url and Utsuki and Malkia
Differing from the group above. Tsu, Suki and Malkia all had traveled a very long time but finally they were ready to go back home. They wanted to settle down somewhere. One, they had to find a place where Malkia's visions wouldn't scare others or ostracize her and Tsu was looking for a healer for Suki. Whom he was slowly forgetting things. He was worried over his friend and he felt the need to find someone to help.. But then he heard over where these wilddogs and lions alike worried over .... an heir?
Tsu, the hyena nudged Suki and looked over at Malkia. "Is this the group in your visions?" He spoke ever so softly.
Malkia hid closer in to Suki's side. Nodding softly.
Tsu nodded and slowly he went ahead of the two lions and rose his head. Fanning his ears back. He didn't want to give up that they had a seer with them, neither did they want to draw too much attention. It seemed rogues and more had been gathering so maybe they could blend in...
His voice was low when he nudged his head over to a pale lioness... Imani, "I'm sorry... are you all looking for something... Lost? Tiny paws, yes?" He pointed to his traveling companions. "We were following some paw prints - but I guess we went the wrong way.. Maybe we should back track this way." -

Erzebet was known, she was once a brewer whom was praised and beloved for her strong and smooth drinks. Yet she wanted more, and more meant to be beloved more and powerful. Her demeanor was just like her drinks, sultry, strong and smooth. When she heard about the cub, her eyebrow lifted. Many rogues and even their allied pride Aérastouvíos had started to help. With her helper, she brought out a lot of their drinks in coconuts and any way that the drink could be held just so they could keep their energies and moral up.
In her mind, she was more worried about the rogues knowing everything about them and even opening themselves up to a possibility of being ransomed for the cub. She wasn't keen on it but she couldn't change it. Their community was far too trusting, and she was a new chief. Just a more glorified brewer.
When she came up and watched the rogues coming in. She sought the scared looking one. Malkia. She took note of the fearful lioness and that flew up a red flag. Noting that not many noticed, she slowly moved over and nearly completely ignored the hyena they brought with them. Placing a coconut of their brew to them.
"Everyone seems stressed. We are thankful for all who help... but.. what seems to be the matter? I know that look isn't about a cub..." Her chin lifted and one eye was covered with snow white hair against her dark pelt.

Mzia and Ruqayqa had started to run in similar circles around the Farthings so the festivities of the visiting pack brought the pair of friends together for socializing and when word of the missing Thain-to-be spread around, the two of them resolved to help searching together. Not that there weren't plenty of residents and guests who were helping, but a pair together could better potentially cover anything missed or overlooked by a singular searcher. To Northfarthing the two hobbit lionesses went, making sure to take time and care wherever their seeking lead them.
"I wonder what happened," Mzia began softly as the pair poked through some low lying brush. "Surely if she was just needing alone time, she'd have mentioned it to someone. Right? And why run off to the North when she could have just gone to lay down at home or something?"
Ruqayqa carefully backed herself out from under an especially thorny shrub and shook her head. "Who's to say, Mzia? I'm sure she'll be found before too long and there'll be answers then." Sometimes wide, open air spaces were preferable to closer quarters when thoughts and other factors were too cramped in her head. Sometimes just sitting on top of the hill her den was dug into was enough, other times she needed to take a long walk to help clear her head. Maybe something like that had happened? But for an adolescent daughter to the Thain to slip off without a single word to anyone, it definitely was out of the norm.

Kasul had been resting outside the prides boundaries, granted, she'd heard the pride was quite friendly from passer's by, but she preferred to be solitary herself. A rather loud ruckus had begun there was a large gathering of Lions she could see from her perch, they seemed rather concerned about something. Being an outsider she knew she shouldn't get involved, she watched though as all manner of savannah creature seemed to come help, hyena's and cheetah's as well.
Continuing to watch the hullabaloo, she noticed they started searching for something. some of them started putting their heads into bushes, while others seemed to run laps
Starting to feel bad for just watching the leopard hopped down from her hill perch, and started padding toward the group. This was a bad idea, started echoing in the back of her mind. She started casting glances around to see if she could find whatever it was they were looking for.
