Welcome to the Pokemart! This forum is a master list of all the items we have in the guild, what they do, and how to obtain them.
Many of the items here closely follow their mechanics and location in the games, but some have been altered to work with the mechanics of the guild, while others have been completely re-purposed. Because of this, we ask that you please refer to this pokemart for all in-guild item details! We even have guild-made items for special events and fun! That's right, we take guild member suggestions for items in the guild. If you have an idea for a new item for the guild, feel free to quote a mod in the Questions, Comments, and Concerns thread and suggest your idea!
Other items may appear in the guild in character inventories, but if they aren't listed in the pokemart, they are likely member made key items that have no effect on the guild mechanics and are used for cosmetic effect or RP purposes only. Similarly, custom made pokeballs are allowed in the guild to make your character's pokeballs look how you want them to. These pokeballs cannot have any effect however and can not be used to capture wild pokemon, and you must get the design approved by a mod before using them.
All of the items are sorted by categories. Keep in mind that because of this type of sorting, some items may overlap and appear in multiple categories. If you are looking for a particular item, look for it's category in the Table of Contents below and click on the link to that post. Or, you can simply use the Command F ( Ctrl+F ) function to quick search the item's name.
We've divided different pokeballs into different categories. Keep in mind that the pokeballs listed here are the only pokeballs that can be used to capture pokemon in the guild. Custom made pokeballs from guild members are allowed to be used in the guild to make your character's pokeballs look unique for cosmetic purposes. These pokeballs cannot have any effect or be used to capture wild pokemon however, and you must get the design approved by a mod before using them.
Pokeballs of captured pokemon can be swapped out for new pokeballs for customization and the altering effects of certain pokeballs, however that pokemon's previous pokeball is destroyed in the process.
There are many different kinds of pokeballs in the pokemon world, but each kind of pokeball has an effectiveness rating of Basic, Great, Ultra, or Master. Depending on this effectiveness, the catch rates for different levels of pokemon vary. You can see these catch rates in the spoilers below.

Berries that raise stats are used upon taking effect when held by a pokemon

Rotom PlugsXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Rotom plugs can be used to change Rotom's form, changing it's type, and granting it a special signature move. If a normal rotom is given a plug for the first time, you may pick any of it's four moves to replace with the new form's signature move. If you are switching two plugs however, the previous form's signature move will be replaced with the new form's signature move. For instance, giving a Wash Rotom a Mow Plug will replace Hydro Pump with Leaf Storm, but giving a normal rotom a Mow Plug allows you to replace any of it's moves with Leaf Storm. Upon removing a plug from rotom without replacing it, the signature move will be automatically changed to Thundershock.

Megastones and Primal Rocks are classified as Mythic Items. While holding their respective megastone/primal rock, pokemon will appear mega evolved or primally reverted, and gain the traits of their new form, such as their respective mega/primal ability and individualized stat boosts. Please refer to the information below to see if the pokemon has a special mega/primal type, what ability that form has, and what stats are boosted for each mega pokemon.
If the type has an N/A next to it, that means that this mega/primal form does not change types from what it was before. Also, please note that when a pokemon is mega evolved, its ability will change to the mega ability listed, but you should keep a note in your posts what ability that pokemon had prior to mega evolving/primal reversion if it is different than the new one. That way, in the event that a pokemon is reverted back to their regular form, you have the information readily available.
Please note the boost that pokemon receive from mega stones/primal rocks should be included in stat boost calculations, rather than held items, and that these stat boosts DO count towards their stat boost cap of six stages.
Additionally, Rayquaza can assume it's mega evolution form, meaning it's design and mega ability, by knowing the move Dragon Ascent, however in order to boost it's stats, it must be holding a Rayquazite, which is Revolution's own custom mega stone for rayquaza.

There are three types of move teaching discs in the guild; HMs, TMs, and TRs.
HMs are special moves only obtainable by getting a certain number of consecutive badges in any region. They can be used to teach pokemon unique moves for battle or be used on their own to navigate the guild in special ways. See the Rules, Guidelines, and Tips page for more information.
TMs are special gifts given to trainers by gym leaders, contest winners, or hidden rewards in specific locations. The benefit of finding or earning TMs? They're reusable. You can teach their moves to as many pokemon who qualify for the item.
TRs are one-time use move teaching discs, however they can be found almost anywhere, and often teach some of the strongest moves, so even though they can't be reused, they're still quite helpful!
Tiered Reward TMsXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Tiered reward TMs are received from defeating gyms or receiving ribbons from contests. The more difficult the challenge, the higher the tier reward pool you will get to choose from. TMs are reusable in the guild, therefore a character cannot claim more than one.

HMs can be used and reused like a normal TM to teach their move to a pokemon, and they can be forgotten or replaced like any other move.
HMs are special in that having one allows certain types of movement in the guild. You do NOT need to teach your pokemon an HM move in order to be able to use this ability in the guild (For instance you don't need to teach your pokemon the HM fly in order to fly in the guild, you just need to have the HM Fly as an item on your character).

Legendary Summon Items
These items are obtained as special rewards when certain tasks are achieved or at special giveaways. All legendaries are summoned as their normal sprites and the max level they can appear at must be equal to the user's current active party average level (rounded up). However, you may always summon your legendary at a lower level than your party average if you so choose. The essence of any legend can be whatever you want it to be. For instance, if you had Essence of Ho-oh, you could play it off as a rainbow wing feather.
