Bright eyes blink many times, clearing the sleep from the pups eyes. A gentle frost seems to have blanketed the forest floor giving it a frosty white glow as the moons light touches it. He yawns and rolls over, head still hazy but his stomach clenching with the need for sustenance. Would he have to find his own meal today or will he be lucky enough to have a forest family member help him hunt? Shifting his body, Oak poked his head out of the tree hallow and gazed out into the frosty darkness. It was quiet...No forest family today it seemed.

Spring is Coming was upbeat, he tended to look on the bright side of things. Fall fading into winter would not taint his mood one bit. Which was why he was on the hunt for a deer as he stalked across the frost-covered ground. He crouched down in the brush as he caught sight of an older female deer. He smiled as he prepared to attack, this was going to be a great meal. He lunged forward clamping his teeth around the deer's neck. Taking her down as quickly as he could, he was never one to needlessly hurt a creature. Once the deed was done Spring went to enjoying his meal.
