"And we will burn this earth one final time."

Welcome to The Hunt, where blood reeks from those who call it home. They will cleanse Kells one last time before all is taken again. You are welcomed, dear friend, for you are now one of the hunt.

As a general note, in-character rules can be broken! It simply means there will be in-character consequences/reactions to said action.

      • Please ask before using a similar layout or graphic.
There's only so much you can do with a pack, but if you want to heavily reference this one please ask first.
      • You need approval in this thread to be a member of the pack.
You can't say your wolf is a member of the pack without said approval! Breeding kids also need a form posted.
      • Requests for plots that effect the pack heavily should be run by Nymphiea first.
Ask Nymphiea before attempting a plot that will greatly effect the pack as a whole. Drama is loved, so most likely the answer will be yes!

      • Cleanse Kells of all evil.
This includes your own brethren. Evil is not the classical definition. Only The Hunt knows the true meaning of what is and isn't evil, as it has been passed for generations. [You may find the list of what they deem evil here____]
      • Take only what you need from Kells.
Mother Kells has gifted the lucky with life. Take only what you need. You are but a speck in her all loving embrace.
      • Use all of what you take.
If you do take from Mother Kells, use everything you have gathered. Bones, skin, roots, etc. We shall not take the mother for granted.
      • Your life is The Hunt's.
We live as one. Your sins are our sins, for somewhere we have erred. We live to cleanse Kells of what plagues her, and you will play a part within it. No one is exempt.
      • Follow your Alpha without hesitation, for he is The Mouthpiece.
The Alpha is the one and only true Mouthpiece of Kells. He has been gifted her wisdom to share unto the rest. He will not steer us wrong.
      • Choose the pack and Kells over all else.
We may lose many along the way as they succumb to sin, but we will stand strong as one. Your life belongs to The Hunt and ultimately Mother Kells. If one of our own betrays either, it is your duty to help rid Kells of the sinner.
      • Prisoners will be executed on the next new moon as a Offering.
Every month the prisoners selected as Offerings will be slain when Her eye closes, offering to Mother Kells her first gift upon awakening.
      • Convert any wolf you bring home.
The Hunt is a merciful pack; we will welcome any you wish to bring into our home. It is your duty to lead their conversion and teach them our ways. We shall help, for you are not alone. Unfortunately, not all can shed sin and join us. Rest easy, as you may try again.
      • Children who belong to sinners and have not sinned must be rescued.
Take any child from a sinner if they are clean of sin; they can become one of The Hunt. Not all children can be saved, as some have already chosen a path against Kells; they will need to be cleansed if that is the case.
      • You may breed outside the pack. Bring a child home.
While we hope you bring all children home, sometimes that is not possible. Ensure one returns with you. You may breed with anyone, but remember having children does not exempt the other wolf from being cleansed if they've sinned.

      Original map by Pandorus Sphinx

The Hunt is located in a rather secluded part of the forest, settled neatly into mountains for extra protection. The pack sends many of their own to travel and find wolves to cleanse, but the base remains carved within the forested mountains. Their territory is rather small, as they're more likely to spend most of their time at the base of their mountains or inside of them. This doesn't mean they don't utilize much of the forest. They travel frequently as a group to the water alongside their home and hunt within the forest.

Outsiders will struggle to find signs of the pack without knowing what to look for. The main entrance into pack territory is through a series of caverns, where one can easily get lost or consumed by the toxic gas that lurks sporadically within those paths. Those within The Hunt know how to traverse safely in and out of their land.

      • Mother's Gate: Due to how the base is carved inside the mountain and utilizes natural caves, the main entrance is through a cave that starts at the very bottom of a mountain connected to their base with hundreds of paths. It looks harmless enough, with beautiful stones and stalagmites to tempt any treasure-seeking wolf. Unfortunately, a gas has spread throughout much of this cavern. The safe routes lead directly to the pack, but as the gate itself is a labyrinth in its own right most travelers will never accidentally find their way to the pack. Corpses and bones litter certain paths; especially those with tempting crystals that have lured many a wolf into them.
      • The Altar: At the end of Mother's Gate are three paths, and one of them leads to a beautiful cave with hundreds of crystals of various colors. Dug into the center of the cave is a shallow hole, where more often than not one will find blood has pooled. This is where Offerings are slain and left for Mother Kells. Pack members are free to visit this location as they wish. In the side of this cave is a smaller opening, where prisoners are kept and guarded by a Guard.
      • Home of the Sight: Seers, who are believed to be given a link to the eyes of Kells, have their own home tucked in the third path branching from Mother's Gate. The path is lined by crystals and eventually drops dramatically into a deep cave with hundreds of odd holes that lead into smaller dens. This is where the Seers live, and it is often protected by two Guards.
      • The Gathering: The third path at the end of Mother's Gate leads to a large cavern with several paths twisting around it. The edge of the walls have a spiral slope allowing for wolves to enter various caves to access the rest of the pack. This location is where you'll find the most traffic, as it links to wolf dens, the exit, pack shops, and more. This is also where the pack will collect when the Alpha calls for them.
      • Dens: Scattered throughout The Gathering, dens often have small openings to see the outside, allowing natural light into their homes. Dens vary in size. Some can house entire generations of pack members while others only fit one wolf. There is no shortage in dens currently.
      • Food Holds: On the bottom layer of The Gathering are holes that head deep into the mountain. Due to how cold it can get food is kept in these holes.
      • Medicine Holds: Tucked at the top of the spiral slope is a massive cave hosting hundreds of various plants, herbs, and other medicinal goods.
      • Alpha's Quarters: The spiral slope ends directly at the mouth of a large crystal cavern, where the Alpha and his immediate family live. Inside is a labyrinth of rock pillars, crystals, and smaller paths, giving another layer of protection for the Alpha and his family.

      joining and leaving

really they'll take anyone as long as they believe in making the world 'good again'. this means anyone naive enough to believe in them, too.
