Good Traits tab• • 》 Outgoing. When she needs to be, she's very straight forward. Once Rina is comfortable around you she can be pretty outgoing and isn't afraid to act how she truly wants around you. Some might argue she does a 180 flip from how she is when you first meet her, and she can be a bit pushy. However, often times she's the one pushing you in the right direction. Plus she had to be in order to balance out her brothers overly shy personality. She worries greatly that he'll become too dependent on her, and from what she heard when she disappeared, her brother was a train wreck without her. She wants to try and help him live out his life without her, and to see that he is not worthless but is someone that is needed in life. If only she knew where he disappeared too... tab• • 》 Cheerful. Opposed to her brother, Ray, Rina is overly optimistic. Often times she is the one who has to lighten the mood since her brother often times was the pessimistic one between the two. After the incident, she at least owes it to her brother to find him and help him recover to his past energetic self. tab• • 》 Adventurous. Rina doesn't like to sit in one place for too long, her curious mind always has her thinking about something one way or another. She's willing to go the distance in order to satisfy her curiosity. Though her brother often times lectures her about being too curious, he is often times referred to as a "mother hen" by Rina. If you want to explore someplace mysterious, Rina is your girl! She's also crazy about myths and lore that exist around the different regions. Bad Traits tab• • 》 Stubborn. When she has decided to do something she will not change her mind. She often times refuses to listen to others if she thinks they're in the wrong and often times this leads to rash behavior on her part. Sometimes she acts without thinking things through, even if in the end she meant well. tab• • 》 Over-protective. Some might call it a brother complex, Rina likes to call it being there for her brother. While Rina was gone, she caused her brother a lot of heartache. So much guilt is bottled up in her little chest, and she wants to make things right. She doesn't want her brother to suffer anymore, and that makes her unable to deny her brother for the most part. This can been seen as coddling Ray, rather than letting him grow independent. Her obsession with finding her brother has often times been seen as unhealthy. However, Rina refuses to stop searching for her missing brother no matter what. If you hurt her brother, emotionally or physically, Rina won't forgive you. tab• • 》 Embarrassment. As much as Rina would love to be seen as the cool, strong, and collected protagonist she has her moments. Most of them happening when she's embarrassed or said the wrong thing. It can be alarming just how much she turns into a stuttering mess similar to her brother in times she's caught off guard or really embarrassed. You would think she was a totally different person at the time, but this is just who she was before the incident. After returning, she had to change for her brothers sake. She needed to act stronger so she could search for him, and even though she did outgrow most of her past habits well... some habits are hard to get rid of, particularly Rina's inner shyness.

Strengths tab• • 》 Baking bread. Rina is one of the best bread bakers around. She can bake anything bread related. You name it, she'll bake it. She's actually pretty proud of this skill, and will brag about it sometimes. tab• • 》 Martial arts. Rina has always had a natural talent for martial arts, and while her father had taught her a few things she does have a long way to go. However, her potential in this area is limitless. She's recently been reading more about martial arts, and is training herself for self defense. tab• • 》 Passionate. Once Rina sets her mind to it, she won't stop until she's achieved her goal. She isn't one to do something half hearted, and she doesn't leave anything unfinished. She's the type that doesn't give up no mater how hopeless it might be. Her strong heart is what's let her survive for so long even after the incident. Weaknesses tab• • 》 Ray. Her brother is one of her biggest weaknesses. She will do anything for him, even if it might be wrong. If it could save her brothers life she'd do it with a heavy but determined heart. This bond can be used against her, and can force her to do things that she would never want to do. tab• • 》 Bread. You can pretty much use Rina's obsession with bread to get her to do a lot of things. You bribe her with some top quality bread and she'll be your best friend. This of course can be used to manipulate her in some ways, but Rina knows her limits. The temptation is still strong though. tab• • 》 Bug-type pokemon. No... just no. Rina doesn't particularly like bug type pokemon. In fact she's never liked bugs PERIOD. She will run and scream at the sight of one, and while she is working on it she wants nothing to do with those pokemon if she can help it.

Quirks and Habits tab• • 》 Rina has a bad habit of using violence when someone steals her bread from her. She will hunt you down and make you wish you had snagged someone else's bread for breakfast. tab• • 》 When Rina is embarrassed or thinks she's made a fool of herself she'll revert back to her old self. She'll stutter, and try to explain what she really meant only to mess it all up again. While this isn't normally how she responds, its an old habit that never really went away. tab• • 》 Aspirations tab• • 》 Worlds best baker. Rina wants to be the best baker in the world, and share the joys bread can bring a person. She wants people to know the wonders of bread, and for that she wants to be the very best in this area. tab• • 》 Photographing Mythical locations and researching myths. Rina has always loved pokemon, and she's always found it fascinating how certain myths came to be. She wants to unravel the mysteries of the world, as well as experience for herself what different mythical locations truly look like through her own eyes. She might even want to try exploring places people have rarely ever searched before! tab• • 》 Finding/Protecting her brother. In the future when her brother decides to travel the world, Rina wants to be there with him. Though she'd never say it out loud, Rina would be a body guard of sorts. She wants to make sure her brother is protected, and who better that herself to make sure of that? In order to fulfill her will to protect, Rina is training in martial arts as well as training her pokemon to become strong protectors. However, she has to find her brother first. For some reason he disappeared before she could tell him that she was still here, that she wasn't actually gone from his life forever... Fears tab• • 》 Being left behind. Even though Rina doesn't show it, being along in the darkness for almost 5 years really did a number on her. She cannot stand being in darkness for long periods of time, and she hates being alone. She was isolated for so long that she hates being left alone. Often times if she's left alone in the dark she'll have nightmares, and think that her life now is all a lie. She's start thinking it was all a dream and that she was still stuck in that place all alone. She'll cry and panic when alone in the dark, and being left behind again is one of her biggest fears. tab• • 》 Failure. Rina doesn't like failing, mostly because when she was gone for 5 years, if she failed at surviving she would die. The mentality that failure wasn't an option was carved heavily into her very being. While Rina will never show it, she refuses to fail at the things that matter. If she did, she fears she'll lose her current reality or worse... lose her brother. tab• • 》 Not finding her brother. Rina is desperately searching for any clues she might find that could lead to her missing twin brother. She fears if she doesn't find him in time it might be too late. What if he was in trouble? What if he was calling out to her to help him? What if he was hurt or worse? The thought of never seeing her brother again is one of Rina's biggest and worst fears. While she doesn't tend to vocalize this fear, her thoughts always end up returning to the brother she's lost.

Biography tab• • 》 Rina was born in Snowpoint city, and has a twin brother, Ray. Her family were local bakers and often sold sweets and bread. Rina never really liked working in the bakery even though she loved bread, because it was boring and there was never any adventures. So she often ran off, ignoring her parents and brother about the winter winds. She thought nothing of it at the time and she often wandered the surrounding forests, exploring the lands around her. However, one night she wandered out too far and got lost. A storm was blowing in and she was cold, hungry and scared. She managed to find a small cave to take shelter in, but it wasn't much protection from the rapid winds that blew towards her. She had never been that scared in her entire life, and it got to the point that she thought she wasn't going to make it. That was when he showed up, a man in a red uniform who extended his hand to her. She looked up, surprised someone was here and she took his warm hand as he helped her up. He smiled and gave her a blanket, so that she could stay warm through the storm. He reassured her that she was safe, and that they'd get through this. The man had an Arcanine with him and the pokemon stood next to her, his fur protecting her from the winds. Eventually the storm died down and the man led her back into town. Rina found her parents and brother, and ran to them crying happily as her parents looked up at the man and thanked him. Her brother Ray cried relieved that she was ok. It was then that Rina also looked at the ranger and gave him a hug, as she thanked him. Her brother then proceeded to hug her tightly to him, crying out that he'd protect her so nothing like this ever happened again. The man smiled softly at the sight, and explained it was his job to save humans and pokemon. It was then he knelt down and ruffled her hair lightly, he only said a few words, but they were words she'd never forget. As the man left, Rina's parents led her inside the house and made sure to lecture her about her risky behavior. However, the only thing that she heard were the words the man had spoken, "i'm a pokemon ranger, so no matter where you are... we'll always be there to help". After that night Rina grew even more restless and her new dream was to be a mythological researcher. If she could unravel the secrets behind the origins of many legends, wouldn't that help people understand pokemon and each other better? While Rina wasn't very keen on being a pokemon ranger, the ranger who saved Rina's life inspired her to help others in her own unique way. Just as the ranger saved her life, Rina wanted to save the lives of many others too.
With her new found determination she managed to get into an academy, and on her way there she got a call about her mothers health. She rushed to the hospital as fast as she could, however, she had somehow managed to get into her own accident. It happened so fast, but she didn't particularly feel anything. Next time she woke up, she was in a dark room, screens sitting by her side. She hadn't remembered much, just her name. Everything that happened was a blur, and even to this day she didn't remember much of what had happened. She had some kind of gift, but that was all she really knew. She had thought she sensed a presence constantly at her side, but while she knew there was something there she couldn't see who or what it was. The only thing she did know was that whatever was there was a living breathing creature.
Five years passed after that, and she somehow managed to escape from her captors. While Rina finds it hard to talk about what had happened, all she really can manage to talk about was how she was constantly being tested. It seemed that she had a higher sensitivity to aura, and was able to read the aura of living creatures. While Rina did learn to control this ability of hers to a certain extent, all she's managed to learn was sensing others within a small range as well as speaking telepathically with pokemon she's bonded closely too. Rina never did learn what organization took her and proceeded to pronounce her dead to her family, but she's just relieved to finally be freed from that dark prison.
Rina had gone home the first chance she got, and to say her parents were surprised was an understatement. They cried for hours, and even though they wanted Rina to explain everything that happened... they knew it was too soon for Rina to talk about it. When Rina mentioned Ray, her parents faces fell. Confused, Rina asked again only to learn that Ray had vanished a few months before Rina had returned. Rina's parents explained everything that had happened while she was gone and what she had missed.
Rina soon realized that the world wasn't how she had remembered it, and that many things had happened in the 5 years that she had been gone for. Luckily Rina had found a new partner of her own, Zeraora who she had befriended while being held against her will. After caring for it and being friends for so long, the little Zeraora grew attached to her and so it became her partner. Rina was pleased, and gave her partner the name Zero. Now Rina must find her brother, and figure out what happened to him in in the 5 years that she had been missing.

◤ ☆ NOTE: I dissolved Nanaska so all her pokemon/items were inherited by Rina. This included the minor legendary Zeraora. I have listed a link below in later posts stating how I got Zeraora. I've included this pokemon into Rina's bio in order to introduce him. I still plan to get a starter pokemon, and understand that Zeraora is not the pokemon that is excluded from the obedience rule.
I also plan to make the organization that was behind Rina's past disappearance at a later date. I'll be making this group in order to fulfill some character development as well as personal plot. This plot will not be forced on anyone other the my own characters or other characters that people would like to have involved.
As for Rina's abilities, Rina can only understand her pokemon using aura when her pokemon reach 4/5 Friendship points. She cannot understand them before they reach that point. As for her sensing aura, she can only sense things within a certain range. Once outside this range she can't sense anything at all. She can't manipulate aura physically, but she can use her skills to track someones aura if she's come into contact with them before. However, the success rate for tracking someones aura depends on how strong Rina's bond with them is. For example, if she's only met a person once or twice then she cannot track their aura across regions. She will have a time limit before the aura is lost and she can no longer track them. Strangers require about 11-20 posts for Rina to successfully track them before she loses their aura. Friends can take up yo 6-20 posts to track, and anyone closer to her can take up to 1-20 posts to track. The only exception to this is Rina's twin brother Ray. She can always pick up his aura no matter how far away he is due to their special bond. If something is blocking an aura, then there is nothing Rina can do to track that person. After using her aura, Rina will be incapacitated for 1-5 posts depending on how many posts it took to track someone ☆ ◥
