Located just on the edge of Everville, this little town herd is entirely about acceptance, individuality, and finding one's own identity. They are fully accepting of all ponies, no matter their gender, sexuality, breed, etcetera. This herd is about acceptance of other ponies, and if one cannot accept the differences of other ponies, they are enlightened on the goings on of the herd and what it is about. If they continue to slander ponies for breed, sexuality, gender, etcetera, they will be turned away and asked to not return.
Any pony can be a part of this herd. Even ponies who are attempting to learn all the differences so that they may understand things better are welcome, so long as they do not harm other ponies with their words, or otherwise. Ponies within this herd are not restricted from joining other herds. Why? Because it is more a family than a herd, and that would also go against their policy of finding one's individuality and expression of oneself. No pony can restrict another pony from doing what he, she or they want to, no matter how much they may think they can. Everypony can think for themselves, and this herd makes sure that all ponies know that.
While the leader of the herd - and by proxy, the bulk of herd happenings - resides just outside Everville within the small town, no pony is restricted to that one town! This again goes along with their beliefs on every pony being who they were meant to be, and not being restrictive. That being said, the leader of the herd has erected a rather decently sized apartment structure atop what they hope to fill with shops of the ponies who live within the apartments, as well as even having some town homes for pony families.
What is even better is the fact that no pony is charged for these apartments. Why? Well, if you really want to know, you can ask the head of the herd. Otherwise, why look a gift pony in the mouth, am I right? The entire complex has heat, water (and obviously hot water), internet, phone lines, electricity, a large laundromat, as well as a few other things.

1 ) Be kind to every pony! If you have a disagreement with a pony, that is acceptable, although it should be handled as adults in order to ensure it does not fester. Do not discriminate against other ponies just because you have a disagreement, as well, nor because of their difference in opinions, sexuality, etcetera. Do we need to list literally everything? I hope not!
2 ) This is much more a family and community than a fully structured herd. That being said, any pony can be in any other herd that they want to! We encourage ponies to learn new things, to discover themselves, and to come back and share what things they have learned with the rest of the community!
3 ) Just because you have an apartment, it does not mean you need to be there all day, every day! Honestly, it is primarily a designated safe place for you to come back to whenever you need it. It can be treated as a summer / winter home, or an all year round home. It is yours until you pass away, or until you give it back to the owner of the herd, whichever comes first!
4 ) Any parties and events held by the herd are not mandatory to attend, although encouraged! We want every pony to learn about each other's culture, heritage, even occupations, and a majority of events are celebrations of such things! The owner tries to hold at least one event a month, even if it's something small like a cook out, or something big - like Pride Month.
5 ) Discrimination will not be tolerated. Come on, every pony. It isn't the stone age. There are so many different kinds of ponies nowadays, and if you can't accept that, then that's on you. We strive to educate, and if you don't wish to learn, that's fine. You will be gently asked to leave if you continue to be discriminatory against other ponies.
