Windeleer had been planning this for some time. Ever since the first rogue sired litter had been born, she saw it for the opportunity it was. While she had left the pride of her birth, she would always be a demon at heart - and although the circumstances that had driven her away had changed, she wouldn't desert the Motoujamii. They were a strong pride with good blood and rather strict requirements on what color a lion's pelt had to be to remain in the desert. What might be unacceptable to them was perfectly acceptable for a demon. Sure, some colors were seen as more ideal than others, but as long as your pelt was dark and you completed the name quest, you were welcome.
It had always been her intention to point her Huria colored children towards her home, but to have the opportunity to have another demon sire her litter was something she couldn't refuse. When the opportunity to join another expedition into the rogue lands had cropped up, she'd quickly added her name to the roster and sent Lissënata with a message to her aunt. She had made no attempt to disguise her goals - the potential to become a Sentinel was something desirable to her, and there was no shame in wanting a strong sire for your children. The fact she wanted a sire from her birth pride could easily be explained away as sentiment.
And so she'd sent her message. Have a Motoujamii acceptable demon meet me here. I want a strong sire for my first litter.
She hadn't offered the entirety of the group's route, of course. That was too dangerous to risk when she knew they had enemies out there. But she had offered a meeting point for herself and the lion Moricorm chose, not far from one of the early resting spots on the route. She'd chosen the spot strategically, just in case her message was intercepted. The land was open as far as the eye could see. No spot for any would-be attackers to plan an ambush. Of course, it afforded her less privacy, but there were some things she was willing to risk for the greater good of her fellow pridemates.
