General Rules

1) Follow Gaia TOS. Those that do not follow them risk the chance of expulsion -aka removal from the guild-

2) Harassment will be not be tolerated. Those found to be harassing other members will be expelled as well.

3) This guild's rating is PG-13 for the moment, but the guild is meant to evolve and change with the students. Due to the setting of highschool RP, we expect the rating to rise in maturity as should the students as they grow. However! Explicit material is strictly white-out or moved to the PMs 3nodding

4) Those are found to be attempting or are scamming members will be removed from the guild.

5) Listen to the Captain and Vice Captains of the guild. If you have a concern or complaint then PM one of us and we will handle it accordingly.

6) The main goal is to have fun and enjoy each other's company and RP. We are also different from each other as well. Going back to harassment. If you want to make your character act like a jerk or a*****e. You can do that BUT do not make it an attack against a singular or group of people based on their background or preference. With that said, derogatory language is prohibited in this guild. A single use of it is received with a warning... anything further will result in expulsion. This is suppose to be a safe place. Let's keep it that way.

7) Since I know a lot of people might ask this...there is currently no information about Mega Evolution. This means no one in the story (except for selected people) know or have even heard about mega evolution. So as a rule, no character is allowed to discuss mega evolution.

:: RULES REGARDING POKEMON ::
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

      YOUR FIRST POKEMON :

When selecting your character's first Pokemon you have the option of either having your character bring one from home or you can choose to have the Academy provide one to your character from the Daycare. Choosing the latter option allows you to use our Random Pokemon Generation (found here) to select your starter randomly from our predetermined roster. This choice is entirely up to you, but either way, you must follow the rules provided for both options.

OPTION #1 - Bringing a Pokemon from Home:
              1) Your choice from Generation 1 through 7.
              2) For Year 1 Students: Your Pokemon must start at level 5 and cannot know any moves learned at a higher level.
You may not choose evolved Pokemon. It must start at its First Stage or Baby Stage if it has one.
              3) For Year 2 Students: Your Pokemon must start at level 15 and cannot know any moves learned at a higher level.
You may not choose evolved Pokemon. It must start at its First Stage (Baby Stage is not necessary unless you want your Pokemon to start in that stage).
              4) The Pokemon cannot exceed a weight greater than 220.4lbs.
              5) Pokemon from home CANNOT have Hidden Abilities or Egg moves.
However, if your Pokemon has two abilities (aside from their Hidden one), you may pick whichever one you like. You may choose your Pokemon's Nature and Gender

OPTION #2 - Letting the Academy Decide:
              1) You must generate a random number from 1 to 23 in this thread.
The number generated determines the Pokemon your character will receive.
              2) The Pokemon you end up with is the one you get BUT you get a ONE-TIME only Re-Roll in case your first roll wasn't what you wanted.
You may choose between your two rolls and quote the Guild Captain when you made your decision.
WARNING: If you deleted your post from either of your two rolls, you'll end up with the most notorious Pokemon of the worst kind as punishment.
              3) Your Academy given Pokemon is allowed to have their Hidden Ability and 1 Egg move which will be chosen by the crew when reviewing your character's profile. Crew will choose your Pokemon's Nature and Gender.
              4) After your Profile has been accepted and you have posted in the RP, you may have your Character pick up their assigned Pokemon from the Daycare.
YOU CANNOT START THE RP WITH YOUR POKEMON.

These are options for everyone to consider and each option has its own benefits. Whether you are looking for your character to have a specific pokemon that adds to his or her story (option 1) or if you're lost and instead would prefer to leave the pokemon to chance (as in option 2). Please decide carefully and most importantly have fun!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
:: CATCHING POKEMON ::
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

      CATCHING POKEMON - INTRO:

It is important to note that all students will be able to catch a variety of Pokemon. However, these Pokemon encounters are controlled meaning not all Pokemon are available immediately. Therefore, it's a good idea to check the Daily Weather and Pokemon thread every now and then to see what Pokemon can be found and caught, as well as "when" and "where." All students will be provided with some Poke Balls at the beginning of the Academy Year, but they will have the chance to obtain more Poke Balls. Furthermore, certain events might have Pokemon as prizes. There are many ways for students to obtain Pokemon so just be on the look for when the opportunity rises. And of course make sure to follow the rulles 3nodding

      AVAILABILITY OF POKEMON:

Always be sure to check the Daily Weather and Pokemon thread to learn what Pokemon are available for capture. If a Pokemon you want is not listed, just be patient or look for a different pokemon that interests you. Chances are the Pokemon you're hoping for may be listed at a later date. Just remember that you CANNOT encounter a pokemon that is not listed -- not even so much as a glimpse. Each Location thread within the "Off-Campus" Topic will also have a list of available Pokemon, including their levels and sometimes their Hidden Abilities or special move set.

Do Wild Pokemon get Hidden Abilities or Egg Moves?
Unless stated next to the Pokemon on the list, these wild Pokemon cannot have their hidden ability or know any Egg moves. However, if a Pokemon has more than one ability (excluding their Hidden one) you may choose which ability the Pokemon encountered has.

What Nature Does a Wild Pokemon Have?
You get to choose the Nature or the Wild Pokemon encountered!

              Rare Pokemon Sightings
These are special Pokemon that you must generate a random number in order to encounter. These rare Pokemon are also listed on the first post of each location thread (found in the Off Campus topic) you wish to have your character visit and have a number next to each of their names, indicating which number you must generate to encounter that Pokemon. You may randomize as many times as you want in order to encounter the Pokemon you want, but each post must be a complete role-played post with 200 words minimum.

Note: Rare Pokemon listed change more frequently than the more common Pokemon listed, sometimes maintaing availability for up to a week or just one day (RP time). Stay vigilant trainers!

      ENCOUNTERING A POKEMON:

If you choose to have your character encounter a Pokemon (from what's currently available in the Daily Weather and Pokemon thread) than you must create an "Encounter Post" where your must write about your character encountering the Pokemon of your choosing from the list or whatever Rare Pokemon you happened to Generate from the Rare Pokemon listing. You cannot have your character attack the Pokemon encountered in your first post. It can be attacked in your character's second post. When encountering a Pokemon, your character always has the option of running away -- so you do not have to battle every Pokemon encountered. But remember, if you are trying to encounter a specific "Rare Pokemon" from what's available, you must still write a post about your character encountering the unwanted Pokemon you happened to generate before being able to try again.

              Battle Mechanics for Encountering Pokemon
The mechanics for battling a Pokemon in the Wild is that there are no mechanics. The encounters are strictly RP-based meaning you just need to write out the encounter and the events of the battle. Your word count must be 300 or more words in order to complete each post for capturing a Pokemon.

              Experience Gained from Wild Pokemon
When battling wild Pokemon, your whole Pokemon party gains Experience Points when the wild Pokemon is defeated. You may gain 100 EXP from battling wild Pokemon and you may battle Wild Pokemon a max of 5 times per RP day (battling more than 5 wild Pokemon will not grant you anymore EXP). To defeat a wild Pokemon and NOT capture, requires two posts: one "encounter Post" and one "battle post".

              No Chain-Posts!
When trying to encounter a Rare Pokemon, you cannot post multiple times with simply a number generated and no content. Nor can you do this and edit in content. You must role-play out each individual Encounter post as you go.

      CAPTURING A POKEMON:

As stated above, you must first make an "Encounter Post" before you are able to have your character battle the Pokemon encountered (your choice from what's listed available). In your character's 2nd and 3rd posts you must have them battling/befriending the wild Pokemon before making an attempt to capture it with a Pokeball of any kind. This means; Encounter Post -> Battle Post -> Battle Post again -> Capture post. Remember, you may only have your Character capture a Pokemon in the location thread that the Pokemon is stated to have been sighted in. (A list of Pokemon availability and sightings can be found in the Daily Weather and Pokemon thread)

              Steps for Catching a Pokemon:
              1) Make an "Encounter Post" of your character finding a Pokemon on the list.
2a) Battle the Pokemon for a minimum of 2 posts (each must be 300+ words)
2b) OR Attempt to befriend the Wild Pokemon in 2 posts (each must be 300+ words)
              3) On your 4th post you may have your character throw a Pokeball to capture the Pokemon.

              Experience Gained from Capturing Pokemon
When capturing a wild Pokemon, your whole Pokemon party gains Experience Points. You will gain 500 EXP from capturing a wild Pokemon. You may only capture ONE Pokemon per RP day.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
:: SHINY POKEMON ::
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

      AVAILABILITY OF SHINY POKEMON:

Shiny Pokemon are now available in the rp, however they will be limited. All students will have a choice of two shiny Pokemon to have on their teams. This excludes Shiny Pokemon that are given out as a reward from an event. Shiny Pokemon can be obtained in two methods: "Wild Encounter" and "Special Device." If you have multiple student characters then each character will use the two methods. ONLY Student characters may obtain shiny pokemon via "Wild Encounter". Teacher characters and Employee characters will have their own means of acquiring the "Special Device" to change their Pokemon to their Shiny form.

              Wild Encounter:
A shiny Pokemon can be encountered in the wild. It is as simple as saying "I have encountered a shiny Pokemon!" Of course, you must
still follow the list of available Pokemon. You cannot say "I have encountered a shiny Magmar" when Magmar is not on the list of
              available Pokemon. See Daily Weather
              - A Wild Encounter is a "one-time" only method.

              Special Device - PokeDazzler:
Thanks to technology, our incredible Takahiro-sensei has created a device which allows a Pokemon to permanently be transformed into
a shiny Pokemon. This item is given to all students and it is a one-time use item. Once you have used the item, you cannot take it back
nor will you receive another (except from future events/contests if it is given as a prize).

Note: If you have made a new student character and wish to have your starter Pokemon be a Shiny Pokemon then it is okay. However, you will be giving up your Wild Shiny Pokemon encounter.

:: THINGS THAT REQUIRE UPKEEP ::
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

      POKEBALLS & INVENTORY:

Your character's inventory is very important. Please keep track any and all items your character obtains throughout the roleplay somewhere within your character's profile thread. This is so you won't forget what your character has in their possession and also lets crew know that you're not cheating in anyway, intentionally or otherwise. Furthermore, keeping track of your character's Pokeball count is especially important -- please also keep count of your character's Pokeballs in each of their posts as well. The crew is always keeping taps on character inventory and if any member is found to be cheating, it may result in consequences; such as the loss of your character's items.

              User Image Poké Ball
The PokeBall is the standard PokéBall your character can obtain. It has no special efects when *capturing Pokemon. (*see Capturing a Pokemon above)

              User Image Great Ball
If your character uses a Great Ball, then they may catch the Pokemon immediately after their *Encounter Post. (*see Encounter and Capture above)

      CURRENCY ( POKEDOLLARS):

Starting this year, students of all age groups will be able to obtain currency which we will label as Pokedollars. Currency will be earned by completing jobs which will be offered by teachers, academy employees, and even district residents. Check out the JOBS section of the rules for a more in-depth explanation about this new currency-earning system. Please go over the following rules regarding Pokedollars and its functions.

              Amount of Currency Earned:
              - Currency will be based off your post's word count. 1 word = 1 Pokedollar.
              - Word Count does not include your post format (headers, list of pokemon/items, etc.). You should only be counting the body of the post not the extra fancy stuff.
              - Certain Items or Events can double the amount of currency you earn so be on the look out whenever the opportunity appears.

              Cashing in Your Work:
              - Whenever a job is complete, you must collect your Pokedollars from the Cash Center (ADD LINK).
              - Always make sure to follow the rules of the Cash Center and to quote a Crew member once you cash your Pokedollars.
              - Your currency is kept in your Inventory, please keep it updated.

              Function:
              - Currency will be used to buy items from our Pokemon stores.
              - Pokemon Store, or PokeMarts, will be located in the school grounds and the different districts with each store having different items being sold. Check out each thread accordingly to see where your character must go to buy their desired item.
              - You DO NOT use currency to buy meals for your character. They are only for buying items, this includes food pokemon items.

              User Image

      LEVELING-UP A POKEMON:

In order to level up your Pokemon you will need to use EXP (Experience Points) so that they may learn new moves and evolve. EXP can be earned severals through Capturing Pokemon, Encountering and battling wild Pokemon, Pokemon Battles, and through certain events and even classroom participation. For a Pokemon to earn one level they must reach a certain EXP criteria. Pokemon from levels 1-20 need 1000 EXP to level up. Pokemon from levels 21-40 need 1500 EXP to level up. Finally Pokemon from levels 41-50 need 2000 EXP to level up. Besides earning EXP, a Pokemon can earn one level by consuming a Rare Candy. In the past, Rare Candies were giving out every timeski; however, that is no longer the case. Rare Candies are not a very rare item which can obtained via events as prizes (they might even be available at the PokeMarts for a limited time).

Important Note: The max level cap for the students this year is level 50. You cannot go above this level, but in the event any student manages to reach this level they can transfer their EXP into Rare Candies to be used for next year.
So do not stop playing just because you reached the max level.

      POKEMON MOVES:

For the moment, moves will be learned in two ways: the pokemon learning new moves by leveling up or by students teaching their pokemon new moves. The first way is self-explanatory, we are now using 7th gen pokemon so make sure to use the level system from the 7th generation (this means Sun and Moon). Moves learned via leveling up are automatically learned and do not have to be RPed out to be added to the move pool.

The second method is when the player RPs their character trying to teach a new move to their pokemon. You, the player, may attempt to teach your pokemon a new move, but before this happens you must contact either the Captain or one of the Vice-Captains of the guild using the format shown below via PM. The Captain or Vice-Captains will review your request and if it is approved then the Captain or the VC will tell you how many posts are needed for your pokemon to learn this move, the average length of each post, and quality/literacy of the post. Whoever received your request will decide at the end of your training whether your pokemon learned the move or not. The more powerful the move the harder it will be to learn. Also as a super cool bonus for your hard work, when your Pokemon has learned the new move it will be converted into a TM (Technical Move) which you can use to teach your other Pokemon that move. You will need to visit the TM Shop in order to receive your TM as well as be able to use the TM on your other Pokemon (this is so that we have a record). The TM Shop is right HERE (add link).

:: POKEMON BATTLE RULES ::
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

      BATTLE INTRODUCTION :

There are two types of Pokemon Battles offered in the guild: Official Battles and Non-Official Battles. In an attempt to cater to a player's Pokemon Competitive side and the roleplaying side, these two types of battles were created. Non-Official Battles will have you determine your Pokemon battle skills by Roleplaying, writing posts, in order to determine a winner. This is where you can get all anime-style and really let your imagination loose to find creative ways to battle each other. Non-Official Battles should be planned between the participating members to determine the winner as well as any rules/restrictions for the battles. These battles can happen anywhere except indoor locations and they do not require any referee or judge. These are non-official meaning that crew will not be monitoring these battles, therefore we cannot help you in the event that a player complains about the battle "not being fair" or "he/she cheated". These battles should be largely choreographed so that there are not any hurt feelings or complains about the outcome. However, there will be some very basic rules to follow and because they are very few we expect everyone to follow them (checks rules below). In the event these open-RP battles are too loose or you would like a more concrete way to determine your battle skills then look no further than the Official Battles.

Official Pokemon Battles are not only judged and monitored by Crew, but they are also what will determine your Battle Rank in the Academy. Non-Official Pokemon Battles will not automatically make your a "good battler" in the academy due to the choreographed aspect of the battles. However, winning Official Pokemon Battles will have your character be recognized by the academy as a good battler and depending on how often you win then your character might be famous in the academy for their skills. There are also prizes for winning Official Battles (will be explained further in the Official Battles thread). Official Battles will have the players using the very popular pokemon battle simulator "Showdown" website to test your Pokemon Battle skills. Just follow the link below to be transfered to the Official Pokemon Battle Rules that will go over how to use Showdown as well as any other rules about Official Battles. It is also important to note that Official Battles will be used for Tournament events during Festivals and even for certain Pokemon Classes. We want to encourage everyone to at least try Showdown 3nodding you might end up liking the competitiveness or real-time battles.

Please note; If you are unsure of any of anything after reading the mechanics then please post your question to the Questionnaire Box and a Crew member will be happy to answer your question at their earliest connivence. All questions are strongly encouraged

      BASICS OF NON-OFFICIAL BATTLES:

              POST SIZE:
All Pokemon Battles will last a minimum of 3 posts per player involved. Failure to meet this amount could end up in the disqualification of your character and no EXP rewarded to the battling Pokemon regardless of a win or loss. All posts most also be 200+ words in order for your posts to officially count.

              EARNING EXP:
                - Winning a Pokemon Battle gives your entire Pokemon Team 500EXP.
                - Losing a Pokemon Battle gives your entire Pokemon Team 250EXP.
                - If Tied, both student's Pokemon Team receive 125EXP.

              ITEM USAGE:
                - There will be no Healing items allowed during battle.
However, your Pokemon can have a healing Hold Item, such as a Berries, as long as they are from your character's inventory and obtained legally.
                - Using items during battles does not cause the item to expire.

              POKEMON LEVEL DIFFERENCES IN BATTLE:
When pokemon of different levels battle each other, their levels are averaged out so that both pokemon have the same level.

Ex: Cyndaquil lvl 15 vs. Totodile lvl 20, their levels change to 17 so that they are on even grounds.

Please note, averaging the level does not mean your Pokemon has learned a new move in the event the level rises when averaging nor does it mean your Pokemon loses a move in the event the level falls when averaging.

CONTACT CREW IF THERE IS ANY HARRASSMENT:
While crew will not be monitoring these battles, please contact us in the event there is conflict. We the crew expect the parties involves to be professional and responsible, but if things get nasty due to arguments then we will make sure to end it very quickly. We will not tolerate any player harrassment and depending on the severity we will take disciplinary action including expulsion from the guild.

      SPECIAL EVOLUTION:

No information at the moment, but look forward to the future. Also I will be repeating rule number 10 once more; there is no information about mega evolution and only a selected few even know that it exists so please avoid any discussions about mega evolution, thank you.

:: SCHOOL LIFE ::
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

      HOUSES :

Houses are the dorms at the academy in which a student will stay in until they graduate. Dormitories include a student’s sleeping quarters, a kitchen and common room. Each dorm will have 2 students per room (3 per room if we end up with odd number student count per House). While all dorms are co-ed, male and female students will live on their respectable floors with males on the first floor and females on the second.

Once your profile is approved, your character's house and dorm room will be determined by the crew members. Below is a list of the traits that each House represents. It's very important to understand that just because your character may be in Charizard House does not mean they do not posses the traits from the other Houses. We try to make our decision based on the qualities that stand out the most from your character, but we also try to make sure one House is not more packed than another. However, if there is a particular House you are aiming for then please talk to us and we can see what can be done. The houses in question are:

              User Image The Charizard House
                - Traits: Brave, Strong-willed, Stubborn, and Chivalrious.
                - Element: Fire

              User Image The Flygon House
                - Traits: Hard-work, Patience, Loyal, and Fair
                - Element: Ground

              User Image The Salamence House
                - Traits: Ambition, Cunning, Creative, and Resourceful.
                - Element: Air

              User Image The Kingdra House
                - Traits: Knowledge-seeker, Philosophers, Problem Solvers, and .
                - Element: Water

UNIFORM :

Similar to boarding academies, uniforms are part of protocol for students and must be worn during school hours. The only exception to this rule would be during the coordination classes. All uniforms must be maintained without any alternations to the material or appearance of the clothes. Punishments will be given to students in unacceptable attire.

There are two variants to the regular uniform depending on the seasons. The ties, ribbons, skirts vary in color depending on the house your student's in:

      Charizard House: Red and Orange
      Flygon House: Green and Brown
      Salamence House: Turquoise and Silver
      Kingdra House: Blue and Yellow

          School Uniform :
The fall - winter uniforms consist of long sleeve sweater and blazer accompanied with either pants or skirt.
The spring - summer uniforms consists a short sleeved shirt accompanied with either pants or skirt.

          Gym uniform :
The fall - winter uniforms consist of a long sleeved shirt and longer pants.
The spring - summer uniforms consists a short sleeve shirt and shorts.

CLASSES :

There are a total of six classes available for students to choose from; three Week A class and three Week B classes. In addition, there is a mandatory Physical Education class aka Gym which students attend once per season. Every student is only allowed to choose one Week A class and one Week B class from the six classes to take for the year. The classes are separated as followed:

        Week A Class:
          Battle Class
          Coordinator/Performance Class
          Outdoor Class

        Week B Class:
          Breeding Class
History of the World & Pokemon Class
          Technology & Science Class

Once your student's classes for the year have been chosen by the crew and your profile has been finalized and approved, you can no longer change the class selected (unless there's a special circumstance), so choose carefully.

For example, if a student chooses Battle Class and Breeding Class for their first year, then that student may not choose those classes again for the following year. The student will have to choose from the two classes from the list excluding the ones that the student has already passed.

For more information on the current roster, please view the Class Curriculum thread located in the Academic Building Sub-Forum.

AFTERNOON/DAYS OFF :

These are times or days when there are no classes and students are allowed to wander the campus. Students are also allowed to leave the campus and travel to Amphitrite City, but only to the available districts. Every student is still expected to follow the rules and behave themselves.

During this time, your character can: Hang out with friends or other characters
During this time, your character can: Meet with fellow club members
During this time, your character can: Have Pokemon battles
During this time, your character can: Catch Pokemon
During this time, your character can: Take on Jobs

RP WEEK SCHEDULE:

We have decided to change how the year will be broken down for our guild. We will be splitting the RP year into 4 seasons (Fall, WInter, Spring, Summer) instead of 12 months. This is in an effort to be more organize with our RP so that our members can have a better idea of the time flow in the Academy and can prepare accordingly. In an attempt to provide a schedule for the week so that everyone can follow, we have decided to break down the RP days in the following way, also please note how the new year will be broken down:

1 RP Year = 4 seasons (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring)
1 Academy Year = 3 seasons (Students have the whole Summer season as their break)
      1 Season = 3 RP months
      1 RP month = 2 RP weeks
      1 RP Week = 3 RP days
      1 RP day = 2 Weeks IRL

If the math adds up well then we will roughly finish one academy year in 9-10 months which is the goal that we are trying to aim for. This guild is plot heavy and there will be a lot to do for everyone. The students will beging a new academy year every Fall season. We will be breaking down the RP Week as following:

      RP Day 1 (Class/Clubs Day)
Monday-Tuesday: Morning phase [2 days IRL]
      Wednesday-Sunday: Week A/Week B Class [5 days IRL]
Monday-Friday: Afternoon phase [5 days IRL]
Saturday: Night phase [1 day IRL]

(Date Change - Sunday [1 day IRL]

      RP Day 2 (Gym/Clubs Day)
Monday-Tuesday: Morning phase [2 days IRL]
Wednesday-Sunday: Gym Class [5 days IRL]
Monday-Friday: Afternoon phase [5 days IRL]
Saturday: Night phase [1 day IRL]

(Date Change - Sunday [1 day IRL]

      RP Day 3 (Free Day)
Monday-Tuesday: Morning phase [2 days IRL]
Wednesday-Friday: Afternoon phase [10 days IRL]
Saturday: Night phase [1 day IRL]

(Date Change - Sunday [1 day IRL]

As you may notice every RP day begins on a Monday and ends on the next week's Sunday. We will be trying our best to strictly follow this schedule, in an emergency that causes this schedule to change we will try to get it back to this monday-sunday schedule. Also please note that the afternoon phase is basically a character's free time meaning they can go to their clubs, hang out with friends, explore the districts that are opened, catch Pokemon, do a job, etc. It is your time to make anything happen. On another note, Whenever we do events/festivals then we wil still be following the 2 weeks IRL length per RP day that the event/festival decides to last. FInal note, any plot related scenarios or events will mostly take place on RP Day 3 (Free day) so definitely keep an eye out so you don't miss the action 3nodding

:: CHARACTER CREATION ::
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

In the guild you are currently allowed to create TWO CHARACTERS and UNLIMITED MINOR CHARACTERS. You can only create student characters and anyone that wishes to be create an adult character like a teacher or adult staff will require special permission. For teachers/staff it is only acceptable if the position is open which can be checked/requested HERE

IMPORTANT:IMPORTANT: Please be creative when writing your character's biography. Despite what the backstory is mentioned on the guild home page, not every student has to come from a tragic past just to be interesting. If you want to make the biography go accordingly to it then make a very convincing and interesting bio--not one of the typical scenarios--or else we will ask you to rewrite it--and that's just a waste of time.

NO ONE is to create a character having any direct relations to or affiliation with (unless they speak with the guild Captain):
) Original characters from the anime/manga/video game and this includes saying your character is their child, relative, or is trained/has trained under them.
) Antagonist groups in the Pokemon World (Team Rocket. Team Galactic, etc.)
              ) Gym Leaders/Elite Four/Champions
) Part of the Missing Children. Reading the lore of the guild you will find that the missing children cases were resolved years ago, so using it in any sort of way in your character’s bio would conflict with the timeline.
) Red-colored eyes are considered the rarests color in this Pokemon World and one possessing this eye color is labeled as being "Curse." Therefore any character that wants to have red colored eyes will need to ask for permission from the Guild Captain before proceeding.

When creating your profile include "Pending Approval" in the heading so that we'll know to look at your profile for approval. Should your profile not be attended to after the 5 days have passed, you can quote any of the Vice-Captains or the Captain to notify us as such.

Depending on the character you create there are certain restrictions to follow:

      STUDENTS ::

        - Pupils that enter the school start as first years which we classify as 11 years old (not older) and the estimated height and weight are about 4ft-4ft11in and 65lbs-90lbs (If your character is not within these boundaries then you must give a reason for that).

        - If you have any plans with your character that involve some form of violence, school misconduct (such as skipping class), vandalism, or juvenile conduct then please PM the Guild Captain, Shadow of Miracles, before going through with any of these actions. Failure to do so can result in a warning and if it continues to happen then your character will be removed from the guild. The guild understands that misconduct is a part of most child/teenagers life and if you would like your character to go through such an experience then you must speak with the Captain so you may discuss what is allowed and what is "too much".

      TEACHERS/STAFF ::

        - Personnel that wish to be teachers/employees must be at least 23 in age in order to qualify for a position. Teachers are to be role models and have behavior and attitude that is best suited for teaching young minds to reach their full potential. Academy Employees are similar to teachers, but there are some differences. Employees are still considered role models and they must behave properly around the students and their fellow staff.
xxxxxx - In order to apply for a teacher/employee position, said member needs to be active or at least active during class time so that class can start and end on time.
xxxxxx - If the teacher character is inactive for 2(3?) RL months then they will lose their teacher status and the character will be removed/fired (this does not mean the player will be kicked out of the guild, it only means they will not be allowed to play a teacher character).
xxxxxxxxxxxx - If a member with a teacher character goes on hiatus, their character will be temporarily removed from being a teacher and a substitute will take its place. If the hiatus last for 2 months then the teacher character will be permanently removed and the position will be opened for another member(s) to apply.
xxxxxx - A class curriculum will be created for the teachers to follow. Each class will have an end goal the students must reach and it is up to the teachers to help the students reach that goal. Teachers will have the freedom to create activities for the students, the curriculum is mostly there as a guideline and a focus for the teachers to have.
xxxxxx - For their efforts, teachers will be rewarded with currency as well as unlock special shop items exclusive to teacher characters.
xxxxxx - Teachers will start with a full team of 6 Pokemon with the max level being 70.
xxxxxx - Staff will start with a full team of 6 Pokemon with the max level being 60.

            MINOR CHARACTERS ::

              - Minor characters are the student's and adult's parents, siblings, and/or relatives which are not attending the academy. Minor characters must remain -as the name suggests- minor and this means that they cannot become more important than the main character. There are specific guidelines unique to minor characters:
xxxxxx - There are no limits on the amount of minor characters created. However, if this gets too out of hand then this rule might change.
xxxxxx - Always remember the word "minor" do not make them more important than your main character otherwise you will have your minor character taken away.
xxxxxx - Each member will create their minor character topic HERE.
xxxxxx - Minor characters cannot have their own post. Whenever you are RPing as your minor character you must do it in the same post as your main character.
xxxxxx - Minor characters are allowed to have pokemon, but only a maximum of 3 pokemon. Adult characters (age 19+) may have fully evolved pokemon (ex. Blastoise, Pidgeot, etc.). Teenager characters (age 13-18 ) may have second stage pokemon (ex: Ivysaur, Magmar, etc.). Children characters (age 10-12) may have first stage pokemon and baby pokemon (ex: Cubone, Magby, etc.). Minor characters under the age of 10 cannot have any pokemon.
xxxxxx - Pokemon owned by minor characters will not have any levels or move list since they will not be participating in pokemon battles related to plot characters, teachers, villains, or another person's main/minor character.
xxxxxx - You are allowed to have your main and minor character battle each other (pokemon battle), but you will not gain any EXP from those battles.
xxxxxx - Minor characters cannot give Pokemon away, be it eggs or any other Pokemon.
xxxxxx - If you are creating a minor character that is not part of your character's family (ex: best friend, bully, neighbor, orphan) then you must ask for permission to create that character by contacting the Guild Captain or the Vice Captains via Private Message.
xxxxxx - Minor characters cannot show up randomly in the Academy/Amphitrite City/Evren region. A player must ask for permission to have their minor character enter any of the guild's locations (Evren region).
xxxxxx - When creating a minor character, they cannot come from the Evren region (meaning they cannot have been born in the Evren region). If you would like to have your minor character live in Amphitrite City/Evren region (doesn't mean they were born there) then you must contact the Guild Captain or the Vice Captains and receive permission.
