Nomvula was well-regarded as a friendly lioness who wanted nothing more than to hunt with her companions and watch over the cubs. She often dreamed of having cubs of her own, lovely daughters to raise and watch grow in the pride, but she never wanted to take a chance away from one of her pride sisters, who may want it more.
So she let herself take care of the pride and was always there whenever someone needed a babysitter. She was more than happy to watch the little ones and today she had been set up to watch a pale cub by the name of Inkedama.
She had invited the young cub out to go exploring, though she didn't mean to take her far. Still, Nomvula was of the belief that cubs should be allowed to romp around in the tall grasses around their home and who knew? Maybe Nomvula would be able to instill some wisdom within her, before the young thing grew too independent.
"Come along now, Inkedama," She told the cub with an encouraging smile. "As we walk, perhaps you can tell me a little bit more of what you enjoy doing, hm?"
