Personality/History: As soft as the color of her fur, Isipho is gentle and giving to a fault as she wants everyone to be happy and content in life. The reason for this could stem from her upbringing, a bright stain on the lives of her darker and far more wicked family that viewed Isipho as nothing more than a mistake from the moment she was born. None in the pride knew where such a pale throwback could have come from when they prized a color much darker than any that the young cub could even hold on her shining heart. Despite themselves and their core beliefs, first her mother and then her father came to soften towards her and could not bring themselves to cull their own gentle daughter no matter what their beloved pride wished. On a moon-less night she was released from her previous life, thereby sealing the cold fate her parents would meet upon returning.
On her own in life suddenly, the little lioness changed her name to commemorate the gift her parents had given her, the gift of a life she could spend helping others. Though she holds onto her original name as the one given to her by her parents she does her best to keep it a secret lest it come to light and brand her as unwanted once more. Despite knowing well that she was unwanted by both her family and her original pride she is a rather giving lioness that will do just about anything to be of service to those around her. If that means giving them her time or things that she found or owns then she'll do it in a heartbeat and expect nothing in return. In fact, if something were given to her she would likely react with shock and a type of panic as she's uncertain what to do in response to receiving things. Quite the coincidence given the meaning behind her name.
Altogether, this mellow voiced lioness is very calm and serene. She will offer aid but will also offer experience as a lonely rogue if asked to, since being given her freedom she has traveled and learned as her feet crossed the plains and mountains. To her luck she was never captured, but there have been close calls and now she tends to stay in one place where she may readily survey her surroundings and the hunting is good. It is her hope to one day find a pride or group that may accept her as a member despite her warmly colored fur and disposition, having spent so many years believing it was a foul color.

Personality/History: To say that his cocky attitude and superiority problems will one day get him into trouble is an understatement. In the scheme of his life the only ones that didn't irritate him into pushing them around unnecessarily are his siblings, of which he's closest to his older brother Spiros. Despite his overprotective nature towards his quieter brother, or maybe because of it, the two can still get into arguments that end in his stuffing both paws in his mouth, usually brought on by him being just block-headed and unintentionally judgmental.
Deep down Kneph is extremely caring and always concerned about those right in his paws reach, he just has no idea how to go about showing it that won't fly in the face of his arrogant demeanor and break his careful mask. It's possible that his siblings can see this tendency in him, but he personally feels the need to undermine it to appear strong enough to take on anything for them.
Nocturnal by nature and prone to having the skin beneath his white fur burn if left in the sun, Kneph makes a habit of being in the shade or cover and asleep well before the worst of the sun's rays begin to shine down on the plains. As a rogue this often poses a problem in finding sleeping areas acceptable for the day that aren't largely trafficked, but he has a system he developed. It's a common misconception of his that his siblings are awake when he's asleep, however he tends to fall asleep quickly and has yet to realize that at least Spiros if not the others is just as prone to nocturnal tendencies as he.

Personality/History: Shameless flirt does not even begin to describe Chacha, he's a fiery and feisty lion cub with a desire to learn all that he can about those that he deems worthy of his praise. From the very beginning it was clear what drew his startling purple eyes and it was amusingly not a single female that their pride had to offer, not that he could have done much in regards to his feelings if he'd had them. Born to a mother from a rogue fling, he's always found his pride to be a little too nosy and has had the fur bristle down the center of his back whenever hearing something said about his mother. Quick to defend her honor, even if she doesn't need it, Chacha is fiercely loyal to those that he loves and cares for and would do the same for family or friend no matter the situation. No one bullies or looks down on his family or friends.
If gossip could harm it would certainly come back to harm this lion from his constant desire to seek it out. General goings on and harmless tidbits of life around the pride are what he lives for, but Chacha is the first to shoot down negativity and rumors. Gossip is one thing but being intentionally harmful is quite another, no ill words need be spoken in his presence or anywhere near where this cub might hear them and parrot them back to those offered offense to. Anything juicy and fun will be filed away into his internalized memory bank of sass and snark for later use when the appropriate time to pull it forth asserts itself.
Though he currently lives in a pride of lions with fully natural coats, the lion wants to see what color looks like and sometimes has taken to painting himself. It is rare at this moment for him to do so, but when he is forced from his pride with age he'll find the habit increasing over time as more vibrant lions and creatures cross paths with him out on the savannah plains.

Personality/History: Though Issdal's relaxed in temperament those around her might find this small lioness hard to keep up with in regards to work and drinking. Stories have been told of her drinking large rogues straight under the table and still dance a jig later, whether or not there is truth behind this is largely up to debate. As long as she's got work to do and good company to keep at the end of a day Issdal is happy to share everything she has and more with family and friend alike. Though certainly no bard she can tell a story and is fond of matching brews to special occasions, adding new ingredients and experimenting with flavors added through seasonal harvests. Should anyone ask the recipe she'll cast a laugh in their direction and go about her way, never allowing them to realize how easily they irritated her or that ever was. Deep down she can hold a grudge though, and wrenches every bit of life out of it, keeping her ire just as secret as her brew recipes. Gods forbid any mock her creations, she might laugh during the offense but Issdal never forgets until an apology is offered.
Born with a tongue that could easily identify different flavors and profiles, Issdal was lucky enough to be born in the Westfarthing and traipsed in the pawprints of the Brewers she grew up idolizing. While she was never allowed to try it as a cub she began to taste different ingredients and learn how to differentiate between them very young, always desiring to learn different recipes of any sort she would even go so far as to tweak ingredients in her mother's own cooking with mixed results. As she grew into her adolescence Issdal expressed her desire to learn so that she could use her skills and benefit the community. After repeatedly and at length explaining why she thought she would be the best option she was given the chance to learn the age old techniques and recipe, the lioness threw herself into learning and has never once looked back.

Personality/History: To call him a little off or odd wouldn't be beyond the realm of reason for this particular lion. I'kwal lives two lives without them muddling too much, one as a male and one as a female, as such he often gets odd looks regarding his mane situation the older he grows. Nothing really gets to him other than large crowds pressing in towards him and in only those situations will he ever lock up and attempt to run away no matter the guise he might be wearing at the time. This pale pink lion with his halfmoon marking wants nothing to do with the limelight but he adores those that hold it, always desiring to help them glow on the stage ever brighter.
His mastery of color and paints reflects this and there is truly little that his bright purple eyes miss in regards to it. In truth he's always saddened that he cannot use purple to the level that he wishes, relegated instead to using it only as accents or not at all. For why does he have purple eyes if he cannot use purple? As time moves along the young lion will come to understand the rules of his pride, but the pining in his chest will always be there and a palette of colors never far from his paws.
The mystery of his own mother is one that haunts him but he's never asked, even when he's watched lionesses interact with their own cubs in front of him, I'kwal has always set to the side and watched with careful eyes. Any with a grasp on mental faculties could make a guess to that being the origin to his cross dressing habit, but it's never gotten in the way of him working or learning, so he'd certainly tell them to keep their nose out of his past. All that matters is the next show and the next stroke of paint, not whether or not his mane is detachable.
