As a bit of a descriptor, it appears in the bottoms tab. as for what it is..... I have no clue, can't click it to equip it. It appears to just be some weird mysterious item that they.... took away? accidentally released before it was ready? changed it's item id code?

Okay, that's weird. This account also has an item that's considered "Not Released," but, the item in question was a shop item. it's the blue shorts. can't remember what they're called, but, i totally bought them from a gold shop.
