Need to address: 1) How the technology aims to address/impact concepts discussed in class. (Namely, the chapters we’ve covered: Forecasting, Processes/Facility Design, Human Resources, Scheduling; and have yet to cover: Supply Chain Management/Distribution, Inventory Management, Resource Planning. I’m sure we can select one or two to tailor to in depth.) 2) Identify major vendors/those with a stake in the selected technology. 3) Discuss future trends and/or how their markets may evolve in the long run to predict whether the technology will become dominant or fail.

Specifics/Numbers (for charts, etc.): http://solarroadways.com/Specifics/Numbers • "Brusaw said his initial target price is $10,000 for a 12 x 12 encapsulated solar panel. If it drops to $6900 during production, he said he could break even with asphalt." ( https://www.wired.com/2010/09/solar-roadways-fix-the-power-grid-and-crumbling-pavement/ )
