Warehouse of Phantoms

[Arkelos]

"Thank you Abra, for the teleport." Looking around at the lower terrain from the Galactic's business build plateau, Arkelos sees the city. "This must be Veilstone City, interesting town i guess. Let's find that warehouse and get to the bottom of this situation."

Walking down the stairs, he sees some locals shops. These building are impressive, might make a great place for any remissness of the order to hide out. The first place he visits is the Casino.

A young woman sat at one of the many tables within the casino, wearing a brightly colored dress that appeared to be several sizes to small. One hand petting the seemingly sleeping purrloin in her lap, the other brushing against the arm of the man next to her as she laughed at whatever he'd just said. Many members of the staff passed by with a knowing smirk as they spotted the two, they'd seen her type around here numerous times. Young girl hanging off the arm of whatever high roller they could get their gold digging fingers onto.

Sihlo's motives, however, were just a little different from most girls. Which would be made clear soon enough as she slid the man's drink closer to him.

Ms Edyn

A young woman sat at one of the many tables within the casino, wearing a brightly colored dress that appeared to be several sizes to small. One hand petting the seemingly sleeping purrloin in her lap, the other brushing against the arm of the man next to her as she laughed at whatever he'd just said. Sihlo's motives, however, were just a little different from most girls. Which would be made clear soon enough as she slid the man's drink closer to him.

Arkelos enters the Casino, the doors close behind him. Takes a look around, "Gah, what stench is that?" Making his way toward the bar around, he thinks to himself, "The look of this place is any i've ever seen, the smell of cigars and perfume. Seeing the women making their selections of men, The clanking of the slots, the coins from the poker table. It's all just dispicible,"

Lost in thought he doesnt catch the lady approching him. "Good evening; Sire" said the lady look Arkelos up and down. "What's a handsome young man like you doing unesorted?" She said with a seductive sigh.

Arkelos paid her no attention. Grabs her by the waste and whispered in her ear, "Your words fall on my ears like the leaves in fall, silent, i came here for one reason only. Besides you can't control this beast, my vicious nature and attitude has driven even the holiest of monks away." Arkelos takes the lady's hand gently kisses it onto, and slips her a few coins for her troubles. "Now if you would excuse me, i'll make my way to the bar. Have fun, and that's my request." He said with a wink walking away. The lady held her breath and let out a deep sigh and went back to her business.

He comes up to the bar and finds it rather quaint, "Daft, i doubt this bar has anything GOOD to drink." the said to himself. Looking over he sees a man with a freshly pressed suit, and a young lady; possibly half his age from what he could tell. "Madam, i must say that is a very vivid, and loud dress for this kind of parliament. Might i suggest a more harsh or bold color."

"Sir i'll have a glass of your top self please. Stir not shake is preferred please." Arkelos flashes some dice and few large money sacks. "You sir, might i ask for some assistance please. I'm not from this area, nor am i familiar to it's surroundings. Might i ask for a map, or the nearest Pokemon center please."

Sihlo ignored the man who'd spoken to her from the bar, she couldn't afford to be distracted. Not now. Leaning over towards her 'date', she discreetly passed her hand over his drink before placing it on his shoulder, "Darling, I need to step in the ladies' room to freshen up a bit."

"Sure thing, Sweet Cheeks," the man replied, his own hand moving down to cup Sihlo's backside as she stood and giving it a hard squeeze, "Just don't be gone too long. Imma need my good luck charm back."

Giving the man, what appeared to be, a sweet smile, Sihlo shifted her Purrloin to one arm and began making her way towards the general direction of the bathroom. However, she would never make it to that destination. Instead, as soon she she got far enough away to not be noticed by him, she'd duck down a nearby hallway that led to a back door where she had hidden a small duffle bag.

After ensuring no one was around, Sihlo quickly stripped out of the dress and gave it to the small feline, "Sabbath, I need you to shred this for me." The Purrloun acquiesced and immediately began dragging his claws through the delicate fabric.

She then began pulling on an old dirty pair of jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt, all the while straining to listen for any sound of commotion coming from inside the casino. For she knew it wouldn't be long before the man would finish his drink, and the poison she'd slipped in. Thus completing the job she had been paid to come to Veilstone for.

It wasn't long before the faint sound of panicked voices reached Sihlo's ears, signalling that everything had gone to plan. Smiling to herself, she picked up the shredded remains of the dress she had been wearing and threw it into a nearby dumpster before returning Sabbath to his pokeball and stepping out of the alley and onto the main street as just another random face in the crowd.

Watching the young woman's face twitch was priceless to Arkelos, after she left and he got his drink. "Here's to the feel of a lovely lady, and the luck of Arceus itself." The man turned to Arkelos, "Here, here. However with that gem of a charm i have, i feel like a winner." As they bummed glasses both drinks broke from the collision. "Oh gracious, I'm so sorry." Arkelos said as the man looked up with heat in his eyes. "Breaking a drink is serious bad luck. You cursed me you filthy mutt. I should dispose of you right now." After taking a deep breath the man regained his composure. "However, i am a of valor, and i understand it was an accident. There are ways to regain the luck that has been lost."

Arkelos made a weird jester and went back to sitting at the bar. Shortly after a man started choking on a Pinap berry. "That man, he needs help!" Arkelos screamed, causing a commotion in the area. With everything going on, Arkelos made his way and slipped out the back door.

Not knowing her job had suffered a massive failure by a klutz, Sihlo decided to stop for a celebratory latte at a small cafe several blocks from the casino. Inhaling the scent of the rich coffee, Sihlo allowed a genuine smile to grace her features as she sat back in her chair at one of the outdoor tables and watched as various people passed by on the street.

For someone who thought she had just killed a person, she seemed oddly at peace.  

[Arkelos]

Walking down the alley way, Arkelos thinks to himself about the pending mission. "So it's a search and receive, Gain intelligence, and leave. In and out, but i do wonder about that woman. She seems strangely, collected. Very confidant about herself." Arkelos gets lost in his thoughts.

The grey weather over head looked more and more like it was going to open up the sky and down pour. Arkelos pulled up his hood and stuck his hands into the pockets, as he continued down the street. Passing a small cafe shop, he stood outside, staring into the windows. He sees many trainers, and patrons alike. He stood there, staring into what seemed like a void. Looking into the corner he sees a lady, with a Purrloin. With a snicker and smile, he keeps going about his way toward the Pokemon Center.

Coming up to the Center, he shakes off the misty dew that has clinged to his vest. Withdrawing his hood, he approached the counter to have his pokemon taken care of.

Sihlo had been about to tell the person bugging her to go screw himself; but as she turned and saw that it was little more than a young child, she bit her tongue and shook her head, "Afraid I haven't, kid. Sorry. Where was the last place you saw it?"  

[Ms Edyn]

"Okay, let me just-s**t!" Sihlo barely had a chance to grab her bag before she found herself being drug being the child.  

[Ms Edyn]

"Well, looks like we're in a little bit of a pickle, d**k," Sihlo said to herself as she looked around the seemingly empty warehouse. Now where had that little kid gone?  

[Arkelos]

"Yes thank you very much," Arkelos waited for his pokemon to be returned. "Here is your pokemon, ready for another adventure." The nurse said gleaming. Arkelos bowed and took his leave. "Now for the-" Noticing a small child pulling a young woman, and talking very loudly about a wear house, Arkelos quietly followed behind.

Arkelos followed until they came up to the warehouse, Than he slipped behind some bushes. Keeping an eye on the two, as well as his surroundings, he did some impressive jumps and climbs. After finishing his workout, he carefully crawled up to a window, to see that child is now gone, and it's only the woman inside. "Where did he go?" Arkelos asked himself, Keeping a close eye on the woman, he senses something a miss. Sniffing the air, Arkelos' ears perk up. "What was that?"
