Firstly, Let's start with a thank you for your interest in our mindful entertainment. Of course we should take care to make oneself as comfortable and focused as possible. Remove the distractions you are able to, making certain there's a means to handle emergencies should they arise. Remember that with hypnosis, to practice safety and keep stress free, there's no problem with being excited, but remember to breathe. Deep, easy and rhythmically. Setting up a pattern will allow the unconscious to regulate your resting state more naturally.
A routine will certaily help, as you'll know what you're doing naturally, and will not need to worry about the particulars of too much air, and the whatnot. All in all, remember, let go, and enjoy it. Trying to fall, or forcing your mind into the state of believed trance, usually hinders the actual enjoyment. It's a natural thing, and routine, and repetition will aid you in the depths of your mind that we both try to reach. Trust is a key component of that, as you and I are soon to be aware. You wouldn't let just anyone tell you things to feel, and think, right? Luckily, trance and hypnosis come from the self, rather than an outer source. It's your mind, you let it succumb to all sorts of things, not even aware of it. Like advertisements, you'll see them, and maybe barely pay attention to them, but then, a craving for your favorite snack? How'd that happen..? In any case, Take time to make sure everything is safe and sane, and the trancing can begin! Allow me to impart a small example, in the form of a circus show!
Welcome, one and all, to one of our featured acts!
We must ask that you remain seated, and keep focused
focused on the stage before you.
The place where you've come to unwind.
Relax, and take in a show.
A special show, it's a circus!
A lighted stage appears before the audience
then it dims
The lights dim down..
Everything starts to get quiet..
The show's about to start.
A bright flash of light hits the stage
A spotlight
In it, a lone figure.
It's shadow seems to be unique.
Obviously wearing a top hat from the shadow,
But the mystery remains below on it's features and outfit.
You're here to see a show, not shadows..
But this shadow doesn't seem natural..
Almost otherworld.y.. and then you discover it..
It's got to be that hat! That's where the presence comes, right?
Stage presence.. it's a very neccessary thing..
Otherwise the audience might be distracted..
Might miss what the shadow is doing..
There might be a secret to that hat!
Nobody wants to miss out on the secret of the shadow hat.
But the lights are getting lower, darker..
The shadow is starting to get harder and harder to see..
But the hat still seems to remain in view..
But wait, wasn't it a shadow before? It's real now..
But it simply looks like a floating hat is on stage..
Just a hat, and an empty stage..
A light on the hat, shining bright...
Darkness everywhere else but this particular hat.
It's very strange, so you shouldn't miss watching it!
A performance like this is rare, best to not miss a bit..
Now the hat is dancing across the stage, but underneath
The shadow returns.. with it's real hat on it's head..
The audience claps, and a few smiles are made..
It's odd, but not too out of place..
After this though, the light on the hat disappears, and the audience applauds.
All except for one..
Only you seem to be focused more on the top hat than anyone else..
Why is it real, but the person, a shadow? You must know!
Getting a bit curious wouldn't hurt, would it?
You could get behind the scenes and learn how it's done..
So you take a moment,
A deeeep breath
And rush past the crowds and into the backstage area..
You made it! But nobody is chasing you...
Nobody seemed worried at all that you broke past..
But there it is, on a table, haphazardly placed.
It's that very same hat! And near it is an outfit..
A tuxedo like outfit.. Like it was taken right out of your mind and placed right there before you..
Just for you, a hat, and a tuxedo outfit? How strange..
There's a note beside the hat, with a strange gem inlaid on it's opening.
It's not addressed to you, but you feel it was left just there for you..
"You've been invited to our spectacular show, The RingMaster surely noticed your rapt attention, and how you were the only one who never lost focus.. There's always the door behind you,, but we know there's a choice you're just waiting to make..
We'll see you soon!"
This just seems too easy, it's got to be a decoy... right?
Just to test it, you touch the hat, and get a strange sense of peace.
Well, it couldn't be an evil hat, right? It's just a hat.
Just a hat with a shadow, and an outfit, but isn't it your outfit?
You seem to be confused for a moment, wondering how this all happens.
What does all this have to do with the show?
But yet your hand is still reaching out.. And before you know it..
The hat is hovering over your head, as it moves from your touch.
Dancing about over your head, like some strange flying saucer..
You think you understand the trick now..
But it's not moving in any motion but
Back and forth...
Back and forth..
You know what this is going to do.. You've probably had it happen before...
There's relaxation flowing in as your breathe, trying to stay calm..
In and out
In and out..
The hat is still moving, side to side..
It's not scary, but naturally eye catching..
It's a top hat, one of the best hats ever, always a favorite, right?
The hat soon tilts over onto the side, showing it's top.
The familiar pattern of a spiral is inlaid upon it..
You gasp, feeling that something IS out of the ordinary here...
But it's just a hat...
Just a spiral...
Spinning now....
Swirling color mixing in the top of the hat...
So inviting to put it on..
So nice to feel the hat take away all the worries of why the show works.
The spiral is eager to take you to the next show..
All you need to do is relax..
Relax, and get to the show..
Letting the hat guide you to the show..
You reach out lazily, almost vainly for the hat
Wanting to feel it absorb the stresses and worries.
You could just put it on, and everything would feel so happy..
You'd be free of stress, you'd be relaxed and happy...
You'd be a great asset for the circus, as you feel confidence building within you.
You did get backstage easily, after all, they must want you!
Must want you to be in the show..
Want to be in the show
In the show..
Be in the show..
Come to the show..
These words have that pleasant, tingly feeling contained within them
Just as you did when you saw the top hat spiral..
It felt good to find the top hat spiral.. It felt good to go to the show..
But it's time to find that show..
If you need any directions, just ask..
But nobody's here...
Just a top hatter's outfit for you, and an odd curiosity about the show...
Eager to display a talent or technique for all to enjoy
And to meet this strange writer of the note..
you'll find it soon... but you feel yourself in a new place..
Back in the audience, as the clapping roars upwards in volume..
Was it all just an act, part of the show?
Was it just imagination? Only one this is sure..
You're still clutching the note in your hand, and smiling pleasantly with a new outfit in your possession.
Taken right out of your own personal circus...
This concludes our little adventure in what a light trance, with little formal induction can entail, but also, it is a special birthday gift for the magnanimous Tuxy-chan, so I hope it is appreciated, I worked pretty hard on it, but I'm hoping it meets with a positive reply!
