When listing spells for battle do I have to say how many uses each spell has or can I just say "Lightning lvl 1" ?

When listing spells for battle do I have to list the available uses too?
Yes. Spells have a limited use per battle and this MUST be kept track of during battle. If the spell usage runs out that spell can no longer be used that battle! If an owners continues to ignore spell slots staff will not be able to accept the battle as a growth req.

If a spell is cast alongside Delayed Elemental Burst, and the targeted character attempts to dodge, do they dodge the combined damage, dodge each attack (the spell and the delayed elemental burst) separately as two dodges, or can they not dodge the delayed elemental burst damage?

As a follow up, if a character is being attacked from two different sources, can they dodge both attacks or only one?
