The Ordell Sewing Club Room has been Nirav's second home since the club formed a few weeks ago, especially as December came. The tourist season was starting up back home and it was making Nirav anxious to get home for break so he could help. Now in mid December, home was all he could think about. He could barely focus on his classes and schoolwork, and he spent more time than ever in the sewing room. It just reminded him of home, sewing early in the morning.
So, like he had been for the past week and a half now, Nirav woke up, gt ready for the day, and went to the sewing room before class. Only now, he didn't have class, but instead, was asked to report to the daycare. "If I don't have class, why not let me go home..?" It was a question that lingered in his mind. He wanted to be home, where it was warm year round and they needed him to help run their shop or take care of errands in town. So instead of just feeling bad, the boy also sewed and thought a little about the request to go to the daycare. "Maybe they need to do some checkups on Raja," he said, looking to the Eevee that sat sleepily on his lap. After all, that's where his beloved pokemon came from.

Nirav worked in silence until he heard his voice called from the door to the room. Looking up, he saw not one Ashley, but two! Nirav blinked a few times, expecting it to be blurry vision, but no! There were two girls standing there staring at him! "O-oh, uh, hey Ashley. I, uh, I didn't know you had a twin," he commented. He hadn't seen her too often since their last encounter at the pool a month or two ago. They didn't have any classes together.
Ashley's twin didn't seem like much for talking, but seeing Ashley made Kumo perk up from the back. "Flooon!" he cried out with joy as he floated over to the girls. Finally, there were people to talk to! Real, live people! Raja perked up from his lap, watching the two girls carefully. There was something off about the one that wasn't talking, and Raja kept an eye on her. In the meantime, Nirav answered her inquiry. "I, uh, I'm just working on some stuff," he said. Since the start of the club, Nirav had made a few things: namely a pillowcase and a pincushion to make holding pins easier. He also fixed up the frayed ends of his clothes, namely his turbans. Lately, he'd been working on a scarf to help keep warm, the first piece of clothing he was making, assuming scarves counted as clothes. He stopped the machine, and held up what he had thus far: A pin filled, half sewn rectangle of fabric. "It's gonna be a scarf," he quietly said, putting it back under the machine to hold his place. "B-but, um, w-what have you been up to?" he asked quietly. Nirav didn't want to talk for minutes on end, so he passed the conversation onward. He still wasn't sure how people could go on and on just talking, even though he did that on occasion without realizing it.

It was a good thing Koru could keep warm when it started getting cold. She has normal blood pressure but it seemed that whenever snow started to fall she and her family weren't bothered by the chill. When she was little thought she was a fire pokemon in disguise, and that was when her dad would chase her around as Entei, but now she wasn't really sure why they were so warm. She was glad classes were over and projects done. Some of it didn't feel too right without her history teacher not there to hear her Celebi project- she did kinda okay but she imagines in her mind she was a genius! Now she was just waiting for the moment the school would let them go home she couldn't wait to show Fletchling around Ecruteak and not to mention showing her parents what all she had learned this term. Though there was something completely taking over her mind at the moment- gifts.
Koru was walking to the Sewing Club,since no class, and while she walked she pulled at various band-aids covering her fingers. She twitched from the slight pain. Since the club activities started she had been putting a lot into becoming good, average, capable, but so far it's gotten a lot of holes in her fingers. She really wanted to aim at making some gifts for her mom and dad, Cyndaquil, Kirsi, Makoto, Nirav for helping her....there was a list and not a lot of time, "Okay time to get to work!" she pumped her fist in the air ready to get some work done before the meeting at the daycare today. She walked straight in noticing the door was already open and raised her hand in a greeting, "Mornin' let's get some work do-?" she paused, not only seeing Nirav, but Ashley as well, but she had to rub her eyes believing she had double vision. She widened her expression into pure surprise and awe, "Wow there's two of you!? Are you a magician Ash how'ya'do that?" she would have no idea that this double...was a pokemon, and still Drifloon floated around her without her realizing he was ghost type...,

The topic of her twin came up which caused the girl a small amount of anxiety. How was she going to explain that she had a twin to Nirav? Should she just come clean or play it off as she spoke with Nirav. It was mostly to help Dusk get used to playing around the school campus, but these sorts of encounters did make her question why she even allowed this. Internally freaking out, Ashley immediately answered back, "Y-Yeah! Sh-She's here and all. We're waiting t-to go back home like everyone else." Laughing off her little mistake, Ashley moved over to towards Nirav while watching as he worked on his thing.
The familiar cry of the Driftloon greeted her as Kumo hovered over towards the two. Dusk wandered over to the Pokemon as he did his best to reach for the Pokemon before playing with its arm string things. "Oh?" Ashley did her best to keep on eye on Dusk so he wouldn't do anything too bad and accidentally hurt one of Nirav's partners. She leaned over her friend's shoulder to glance at what he was working, catching a glimpse at his Eevee nestled in his lap. He had been quite the busy person since the club's formation. He displayed what he was working on, a nice looking scarf, before moving back onto it. She had to admit, he was quite skilled at this hobby of his. "Wow, you r-really are good at sewing and stuff. Can you maybe, uh, teach me sometime?" She asked while Dusk continued playing with Driftloon, now trying to play with the Pokemon's cloud tuff on his head.
Another familiar voice trailed behind her as Ashley spun on her heel to greet Koru as she showed her enthusiasm towards sewing.It then hit her that this was a club of sorts, and not just some weird classroom that had sewing equipment in it. She felt a warm feeling rush on her cheeks just as she pointed out Ashley's ability to manifest herself into two beings now. "W-Well, this is, uh, my..." She paused before fussing about on what she would tell the two. "F-Fine. It's Dusk, my Zorua. Ah-I'm trying to help him get u-used to people, so I had him make himself l-look like me so he wouldn't hurt anyone. Ah-I'm sorry."

Ashley's twin was quieter than Ashley was, which was certainly a milestone to reach. However, she did have interest in Kumo, opting to play with his little strings as she and Ashley talked. She seemed impressed by the scarf and was soon asking if he could teach her how to do it. He nodded, looking up at her. "Uh, yeah, I can. This is, um, all for the Ordell Sewing Club. You can, you can always join and learn how, you and your sister. I-It's, um, not as hard as it looks, a-and I can help teach you." Nirav looked over to Ashley's "sister," who was very disinterested in the conversation. She had greater concern for the little cloud on top of Kumo's balloon head. Kumo ate up the attention with little concern for exactly what Ashley's sister really was.
Before any more could be said, Koru walked in to work on things. "Hey, Koru," he said with a smile. Nirav saw Koru more often now that they were in a club together. He was getting more comfortable with her. As Koru asked about Ashley's double, the redhead admitted it wasn't a twin, but her pokemon! It caught Nirav off guard. Was this some prank? "Oh, uh, ok. T-that explains a lot," he said. "I, uh, I forget about the Zorua running around since Spirit Day." There were lots of creepy pokemon running around campus since then. That one girl's Spinarak, the few Zorua... It was wild. Either way, he felt a little silly thinking she suddenly had a twin.

She seemed to have scared Ashley but Nirav greeted her with his usual calm demeanor. When he wasn't shy trying to talk to people he was a pretty calm guy. IT was probably the sewing doing it's work soothing the mind- that's what her sister says about it anyway. Though Koru's attention was completely on Ashley still and her mysterious twin. She wasn't saying anything but Ashley was looking like she had to burp or something. Finally the girl came clean and revealed her "twin" was in fact her pokemon, Dusk, another Zorua. Koru got closer to the "twin" and stared in awe, "Ooooh wow I didn't know Zoruas could turn into people!" she presented her hand for a high five to Dusk and added, "I battled against Kirsi's Zorua a couple of weeks ago it was a tricky opponent but Fletchling did pretty good I think."
She went to the closest empty seat and sat her bag down and took off her scarf, "Are you wanting to joining the club too Ash? It's pretty intense I'm continuing my training today to achieve ultimate technique!" She made it sound like they were training for a martial arts tournament, especially as she pumped her fist enthusiastically. She spread her fingers out, a few band-aids not noticed before revealing themselves all over her hands, and smiled at the girl, "Nirav makes learning to sew a lot of fun I think I'm sorta getting it down right Nirav Sensei?" Out of respect she called him her sensei and pulled out of her bag her first attempt at a plush toy. She wanted Nirav's opinion on and honestly felt pretty proud of it. "It's Cyndaquil! I wanna make a bunch of little things as gifts before I go home for break." She then got out some stuff, including one of the sewing machines, a tomato, some fabric, and of course Cyndaquil. He burred for a moment and she blushed at the sight. A few weeks ago she also had happened to use the Poke Dazzler thingy on him by accident. It was like how Skylar had used it on Noibat. It reminded her of how cute he was but Skylar probably would've yelled at her if she had even tried to compliment her pokemon, "What do ya think Cyndaquil? Pretty great likeness right?" Cyndaquil met eyes with the...plush? He probably thought she was nuts to think it looked anything like him. He sulked and she became irked comically, "Hey don;t give me that expression! I look right at you when I made it!"

Koru wouldn't let Cyndaquil's less than enthusiastic reaction get to her. She began working on other stuff, multiple things at a time. Threading the needle seemed to be the hardest part for her. She would stare at the needle with such intensity her eyes might've popped out of her head. Nirav had told her before that slow and steady was the best way to work, but she was already working on making 5 different things, not changing the thread in between unless it ran out. To her she was creating her own masterpiece, but probably to anyone else she was creating a huge mess. She was really determined to make something for her friends. It hurt a lot poking her fingers with the needles, but band-aids were a plenty so she kept going.
A while past and she realized it was about time to head to the daycare. She started stuffing a bunch of her project stuff in her bag, "Hey guys we better get over to the daycare oh I hope we get to see lots of baby pokemon!" Pokemon like Aiden's Cleffa made her heart flutter. Baby pokemon were too adorable not to stare at- maybe they would get to learn about them and maybe even pet them! She buttoned Cyndaquil up in the chest of her jacket and then wrapped her scarf around, "Now you we can keep warm! Let's go guys!"

A few minutes passed by before Koru caught the time. They needed to get over to the daycare here soon! He glanced at his pokedex, realizing what time it was. "Oh, yeah we should get going," Nirav said. Nirav called Kumo and Raja into their pokeballs. The Daycare was probably going to be crowded and he didn't want either of them to wander off. The boy quickly put his stuff away in a little box and put said box on a shelf. He watched as Koru left the room, wiping excess thread and unusable strips of fabric onto his hand to throw into the trash.
"We should get going too," he said to Ashley as he gathered his things. "Uh, you should, uh, consider joining the club. It'd, uh, it'd be fun." With a small smile and wave, Nirav walked out of the sewing room and quickly started making his way to the Daycare. He hoped he wouldn't be late to whatever was going on today.
