The Cerulean Division is a place where only the brightest stars may shine. Wealth and pedigree mean nothing; true value is found in the mind. Here information flows like water, and its students drink deep from the fountain of knowledge. A diverse collection of geniuses and intellectuals from the world over have been gathered here, enhancing their skills, and sharpening their wit for the betterment of the organization. Like the moon controls the tide, so to do these brilliant trainers control the ebb and flow of battle. So pick up your book and grab a pen, class is now in session. In this class, you sink or swim!
At first glance, the classroom appears pretty standard... until the lights flicker on. Beneath your feet, and at least an inch or two of glass, is a magnificent aquarium. Filled with water clear as crystal, plants, and remarkably colourful gravel, several entree 'wells' jut up near the walls of the room. On the far side of the room sits a connecting tank, a collection of papers resting atop it, as well as a chair made of glass and topped with a cushion, indicating it's use as a desk. Curiously, precisely two and one half feet away, sits another large desk. Made of wood and polished to a perfect sheen, it's most prominent feature are a number of trophies proudly displayed in one corner. The room is otherwise unremarkable; small metal desks placed in rows, bookshelves (complete with glass doors to keep out water) against the walls, and a supply cabinet in the back. The only questions are where is the Professor....and why two desks?
