Huey certainly didn’t mind, it was comforting to know that there was another pokemon looking out for him while they were in the air. But, it wasn’t as if it was entirely necessary, he hadn’t had a single incident since climbing aboard Staraptor. She was a veteran, or at least very experienced, with flying with trainers and it showed in the gentle turns she took and how she always looked for an updrift in the wind, to help ease her whenever they needed to go a little higher.

Staraptor seemed to have the same thoughts, though it didn’t show on her face. It was annoying to suddenly have another pokemon in the air with her, especially one that apparently didn’t trust her enough to keep her trainer from falling off and splattering onto the ground. Because, of course, it wasn’t as if she’d kept him safe this entire time. Nope, not at all. She might as well have been a hatchling at this, at least that’s what this dragon’s unrelenting stare said.
