"You know Meebus, you seem to know a lot," he commented, falling into stride beside the ghost pokemon. Meebus didn't look at him, his gaze remaining forward. "I believe in staying informed, Zak-hav," he replied simply. Zak frowned. "Prematurely?" he asked. Meebus stopped, and so did Zak, before turning to look at him. Indeed, Meebus did not seem especially fazed by Zak's actions. He simply stared at him, flickering and shimmering a bit. ".... What would you like me to say, Master Zak-hav?" Zak blinked, and deadpanned at the response. He scowled a bit. Funny. "I vant you to tell me how you know so much," he demanded. Meebus looked at him. ".... I'm sorry, Master Zak-hav, but I simply can't do that," he stated simply, before turning and floating off. Zak frowned off him. That was.... almost humorous, if it hadn't been so annoying....

Luckily for Meebus, it was just amusing enough to get Zak to drop the subject. Not to mention, he didn't think he'd be getting more information out of the rotom any time soon. He would have to see if there was some sort of... special technique to interrogate ghosts, or something. Shaking his head, he noticed that Scarlett had replied, but he postponed reading it until the next location. It seemed that an egg had been found by the others, so he contacted their ride, and set up to move on.

Then again, it wasn't like Scarlett had put any restrictions on how he obtained the eggs. The deal was that he simply needed to catch up to her. She was almost finished, and what did it really matter if he did catch up to her? As annoyed as she was by his playing down her offer of a reward and then turning around insisting that he'd happily take it, she supposed that if he was telling the truth, that was the sort of response she'd been looking for. Maybe she just needed a good yell. Rage and get all of that pent up anger at the various s**t going on in her life that was bugging her. With a sigh, she ran her fingers through her hair. Scarlett cracked her knuckles, planning to work out a reply now that she was feeling more relaxed again, but that was when Dotty peeked out from around a tree, she had heard Scarlett's yelling and hid quickly until she had noticed her raging die down. Scarlett had been focusing on other things too, right? That was why she was relying on her to get eggs, right? So she wasn't mad at her, right? Since the next area wasn’t too far from the next, Huey let Minerva stay out of her ball and fly with them on over.
