Eirwen huffed a breath and watched as it puffed a white cloud infront of her face. It was so cold tody, she realised, as she breathed normally and still saw the white stream of air drift from her nose to be swallowed up by the whiteness all around. Turning her head she looked down at where Karli jumped this way and that, vanishing into the knee-deep snow only to pop up somewhere else and leap high over the glisttering whiteness.
"What are you doing?" She asked with a soft laugh, causing he bunny to stop, two long ears all that was visible as the hare sat up on her back legs, not tall enough to see above the snowdrift she had landed in on her last jump.
"Playing!" She called up, before her white body shot from the snow in a huge leap to land neatly and easily atop Eirwen's back.
"Hey!" The lioness gasped, suppressing a shiver so she wouldn't throw her companion off her perch. "Cold feet!" She reminded the hare with a mock-severe scowl which only earned her a laugh from behind. Huffing she shook her head as she felt Karli trying to secretly shake the snow from her oversized hind paws. "Where to, today?" She asked, clearly conitnueing a previous conversation despite the gap between then and now. It was a daily discussion the pair engaded in often enough. Where to go hunt for their food.
