Back out on the beach, located mere high-tide away from Kukui's house, Eline stopped just at the bottom of the steps leading to his front porch to call out her new addition to the team, along with Florine, her Oricorio. Titanium leaped down to the sands to join the duo as well. Eline crouched down while they all looked around at one another before all eyes were on Eline. "Alola." She waved. "I'm Eline, Litten. I'll be your trainer from now on. How does Sulfur sound for a nickname?" The feline at first cocked his head to the side for a moment, thinking this over. With a quick nod, it let out a mew of approval. 'He likes it.' Florine mused, holding up her fan-typed wing to her beak. "Yea, if fits perfectly, because you're a fire-type and... you have fur." Eline chuckled. Florine and Titanium shook their heads, neither of their names really matched them, but Eline had this crazy idea to nickname all her Pokemon after elements on the Periodic Table. Whatever the case, their whole introduction event was interrupted by a loud invasive beeping form one of Eline's lab coat pockets. "Wha?" She quickly fished out the noise maker and switched it to a screen to cancel the noise, in it's place a light began to bleep on a green-tinted screen. "There is a Zygarde core or cell nearby?" She questioned. "Speaking of Zygarde Cores... " There had been sightings of a Zygarde Core in Iki Town. Had that one simply moved down near the beach? It was possible. "Alright, step one, find that core or cell. Step two, get in some training while we catch some Pokemon, and potential battle buddies." Eline stated, standing up with the device held up. "It's bleeping towards Ten Carat Hill." She stated. With that, the group started in that direction. While everyone was on foot, Florine decided to take to the air, getting in a bird's-eye view.

Of course her make-shift invention wasn't the most reliable. Case in point, they made it to Ten Carat Hill's entrance, only to find the blip had moved all the way to the other side of Route one. "Darn." Well, they'd have to just trust in the device, even though Eline was well aware her invention needed many improvements, but there was only so much she could do on the tight budget she'd been on when making it. Scrap parts and somewhat worn or broken parts were all she was able to salvage, her inheritance ripped from her after she defected from her parents. "Keep a keen eye out, these little guys can go invisible." Eline explained. Sulfur mewed in response, dashing ahead to walk in the tall grass, keeping his body low to the ground to dentin the noise his paws made. Eline herself kept one eye on her device and another on the path ahead, she didn't want to end up tripping over something and hurting herself. She wasn't worried about trying to spot the core with her own eyes, she had three sets of eyes to do that for her. Though Titanium was more or less interested in anything shiny she could pick up, more so than Eline's endevour to get the Zygarde Core. She's known for many years now that Eline was addicted to Zygarde, anything and everything about the legend was on her mind.

As they continued to advance, an Alolan Rattata blocked their path. From the tall grass, Sulfur leaped out and scratched it with his claws, subsequently, knocking out the rat. "Woah!" Eline hadn't entirely been ready for all that, but before the Rattata could regain itself, she quickly grabbed a ball from her bag and tossed it. The ball collided with the fainted Rattata, and drew it in. After a few clicks the ball sealed. Approaching it, the white-haired female pulled out her Pokedex, only to now realize something. It's shape. "Oh, Crap! I left to early to get a Rotom!" Eline called, shaking her head with a quick chuckle. "I was so eager." Well, it was a good thing she hadn't wandered far from Kukui's lab. For now she simply used the Pokedex manualy, then when it was done registering the Rattata's data, she let it out from it's Pokeball. "Alright, friend. I'm letting you go, for the most part." Eline stated, kneeling down. "I'm going to keep this ball, just in case I need to call upon your help again, if that's alright?" The Rattata started... confused, but eventually nodded, not really understanding what she was saying. "Alright, than. Scamper along." She waved, placing the ball back in her bag for safe keeping.
The next thing on the list was either continuing her pursuit of the Core or Cell, or going to Kukui's for a Rotom to add to her dex. This thing was far to clunky to actually hold onto on top of her ZCCF. Though luck would seem to be on her side, coming along with convenience. From an open window in Kukui's lab, a Rotom flew free, zipping around until it eventually met face to face with Eline, literally. The white-haired female jumped a bit, startled by it's sudden appearance. 'Bzzzzt' It sounded, as if trying to say something. Eline held up her pokedex, to which it shook it's head, zipping to her bag, and fishing a ball free to capture itself. Eline quickly grabbed the ball before it dropped to the sand, and waited as the ball shook a few times before sealing. Just as it had done for the Rattata. But unlike the rat, the Rotom let himself out, then proceeded to enter the Dex. A few seconds passed before the dex finally sprung to life. 'Bzzzzzt! I'm in!' The Rotom within stated. Turning towards Eline, a Rotom's face was on the screen, as well as the registered data of the Rotom itself. 'Greetingzzz, Eli-i-ine.' Eline gave a smile, waving. "Alola." She replied. 'Bzzt! I am Rotom, but you can call me what ever you li-i-ke. I'm here to not only control your Pokedex, but to battle with you as well-el-el.' It explained, showing an elated expression on the screen. "Good to know. I'm glad you've joined us." Eline replied. "But how did you know my name? I haven't registered any of my information in the Dex yet." Eline inquired. "Bzzt! Good question! Actually, I overheard you introduce yourself to your L-it-it-iten. I-i-i Have gooood hearing.' Eline nodded to the Rotom's explination, but she couldn't help but notice something. It appeared to have troubles when it came to the letter 'I' and pronouncing it. "Is your speech alright?" Eline inquired. Reaching out to grab the Rotomdex. "Or is that the Pokedex making you do that?" She wondered. Rotom was one of the man Ghost-types that haunted electrical equipment, but in Rotom's case it's only form of communicating with humans was through the Electronics. Their electric bodies sometimes interfered with electrical devices, messing up their ability to speak. 'Bz-zzt! No, I-i-i'm normally like this. I-i-is it bad?' The Rotom asked, showing a frown on the screen. "No, no.. I was just curious if I could fix it. But if you were... born that way, I won't bother. Just do your best." With a nod, the girl let the Rotom float away once more. "Either way, I think I'll nickname you Neon." The Rotom lit up in excitement. 'I-i-i Like it! Bzzt!' "Happy to hear that. Alright, then. Now that the Rotomdex is settled, let us continue our search of the Zygarde Core or Cell in this area." There were no arguments there.

Looking back down at her device, she noticed the blip had once more changed places. "Oh no..." It was back towards Ten Carat Hill. This was getting silly, but for Eline she'd go to the ends of the earth in order to protect and get to better understand Zygarde. She was admit-ably a bit obsessed. There was a very good reason behind it. When someone saves your life, and you grow a close bond with that person wouldn't you grow kind of obsessed with where they were or how they were doing? Of course she didn't want to get her hopes up to high, that this was a core, and happened to be the very core that she'd come friends with all those years ago, but one could also dream. "Sulfur, thanks for the quick thinking by the way." Eline praised the Litten that was again traveling low to the ground in the tall grass. He flicked his tail as if to respond, since he didn't want to make to much noise. The prospect of her little hunter made the girl grin. Glancing back at her device the blimp hadn't moved... so hopefully this was finally the time she'd run into it.

Lana smiled as Ducky accepted defeat, congratulating Hank unknowingly for being a lucky man. "Thank you. I'll be sure to pass the message along." She suggested with a chuckle. At least Ducky was gracious about it and backed down. Cynthia, though she was unknowingly rejected by the blue haired male she'd been flirting with, was happier with his response than Kukui's. ('You'd better believe it.') She suggested with a wink before following Lana out the door. Of course she had good taste, it's what she prided herself on. "Tone it down, would you Cyn? We're here to take on challenges, not flirt with any male that passes your way." Though she couldn't understand what the lopunny was saying to the two men, she knew Cynthia, and had heard enough translations from Wilbur to know the lopunny's personality, such that it was easy to read her body language and get the gist of what she was saying. ('Who says flirting isn't a challenge?') Cynthia responded indignantly, inspecting a paw. Lana could only assume Cynthia had said something in argument, because by the tone of her voice certainly didn't suggest agreement, or that she would be changing her actions in the near future.
Now that Lana was out of the lab, she moved to go see Abigail again. "Heya girlie~ Told ya I'd be back. Let's get ya untied from this post...." Lana crooned, unfastening the reins and urging the mudsdale away from the lab. "There. Now lemme take a gander at them fancy new shoes!" She breathed, tapping Abigail's leg so that she would hold it up. "Whew! Aikane did some good work. Those shoes will hold up for the rode real nice like." Lana beamed, letting go of Abby's leg so she could stand comfortably again. "Now then, let's see about this new rowlett of ours." She suggested, digging through her bag so that she could find and meet her new pokemon.

Lana stopped digging in her bag, pausing as she realized that she had another pokemon she needed to bring out first. "Oh, shoot, that's right.... Wilbur, buddy, can ya come out for a sec?" She asked aloud so that the psychic pig would let himself out of his pokeball. "Sure Miss Lana! Whatcha need?" He asked with a toothy smile. "I just got this rowlett from the professor. Thought we could use a good barn owl and this little fella would do the trick, but I'd like to make a proper introduction, so I need you to translate." She explained, holding up the rowlett's pokeball. "Uhuhuh, well sure thing!" Wilbur agreed proudly. Cynthia rolled her eyes in annoyance and disgust. She couldn't have picked a more handsome psychic type for this job, like a gallade? Lana's love for farm pokemon was beyond her.
With Wilbur out and ready, Lana released the rowlett on the ground and squatted down to greet him with a smile. "Awww!~ Look at you, so soft and round and dapper with your bow tie~" Lana grinned, reaching to pick the little owl up in her arms. "Madam, set me down this instant. I'm not your stuffed animal!" Lana blinked in surprise at the harsh and studious tone that entered her head, courtesy of Wilbur, but she did as the rowlet asked. "Sorry there little fella! You're just so cute and soft lookin', I just wanna give ya a big ol' beartic hug!" She grinned sheepishly, watching as the owl brushed himself off angrily. "Well I must ask that you desist." He snapped. "Wow... You're just a stick of dynamite ain't ya?" Lana chuckled. "I prefer the term distinguished." He retorted. "Heh, alright, I'll give ya that. How about a distinguished name to boot? As soon as he was outside of the lab, Ducky let out his newly acquired pokemon, plus Daiki, his shiny Zoroark. Akira had let herself out, only to slip into the rotom dex that Dakota had received. "BZZZT! This is quite commmmmmmfy~" she chimed, settling herself in a pouch of Ducky's bag that allowed her to peek out. Daiki shook himself off upon release, then slid into the illusion of a dark haired male with golden eyes. "Finally." Daiki sighed, running a hand back through his hair. He never liked being in his ball for too long.
"Hooooo" the Rowlet cooed when she was released, hopping around on the ground. A more spectacular release was the Litten, Ducky's official starter. Instead of the black and red cat that he had expected to get, this Litten was white with black stripes. "Whoa~ I must be lucky to get a shiny starter! Alright, i think I'll name you Mizuki, and as for you Rowlet... hmmm... how about Chikako?" he crouched down and reached a hand out to each of the pokemon. "Good guess. They happen to both be lil ladies." Daiki commented on his trainer's feminine names for the pokemon. "Really? I just thought that those names would fit in particular... i wonder if it would even bother a pokemon to have a name not match it's gender..." Ducky commented, picking up the Rowlet and Litten, placing the owl on his shoulder and cradling the cat in his arm. Mizuki growled a bit, but didn't completely reject being held, especially after Ducky scratched behind her ear. Chikako was content to stay on his shoulder for now, but kept twisting her head to observe Daiki once they finally walked further away from the shack.
In the distance, Ducky saw Lana - she hadn't gotten too far. Maybe that other girl was still around, since Lana, as gorgeous as she was, was 'taken'. "Hey! Miss Lana!" Ducky called out, then approached the rancher, Daiki trailing along leisurely. "I know you're taken and all, but how about some company? I assume we must both be heading off for the island challenges, right?" he asked. He could promise not to touch, and he'd try to avoid making uncomfortable flirting attempts. He couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't continue to appreciate her assets, however, though he'd do so quietly. "I'm Dakota Koizumi, by the way. Most people just call me Ducky, though." he added, holding a hand out in the traditional greeting kind of manner. Mizuki eyed the woman, then stared at the other rowlet. Chikaku remained silent, turning her head sideways and looking at Lana.
Meanwhile, Daiki was eyeing the mega lopunny that was with the rancher that his trainer was talking to. "Are you a parking ticket? 'Cuz you got Fine written all over you." Daiki dropped a terrible pick up line on the bunny, even giving a wink. The fox couldn't help himself - he was worse about flirting than his trainer was. Where Ducky could manage to restrain himself, Daiki couldn't, even when he was in a disguise that easily made things look more awkward from other perspectives.

As she'd planned it, when the blimp moved again, she lowered her invention down and placed it on the earth beside her as she got down on her hands and knees to search closer to the ground. Sulfur took a wide arc, sniffing around a bit more west of her. "Remember they can be invisible." Eline mentioned as she moved forward. How she was going to come across one of the supposed two cores was beyond her, but she would stop at nothing to find... or at least see one again. Looking up for a moment she noticed Fluorine circling over a small bit of the rock formation that rested against the ocean. Was she trying to say something? Fetching her invention, Eline motioned towards where Fluorine was flying, and steadily made her way in that direction.

Coming up to the rock formation, Eline angled her head back to see Fluorine was still circling over something up there. The white-haired female sized up the mountain, trying to see if there was an easy path up to where Fluorine was, but it didn't look all that simple in the end. "I'll just... take it slow." Eline stated. Testing out her first foothold, the female began her ascent. It was a steady process. "Good thing I'm not afraid of heights." she chuckled. Even if the ocean was below her, there was no doubt a ton of rocks there that would do some serious damage to her if she hit them. The rock formation seemed steady enough to hold her, she wasn't all that heavy... being kind of the small fry that she was. And it wasn't all that tall of a rock formation either. Before long she had her hand up on a flat surface. Looking up Fluorine was very close now, this appeared to be where she was circling. All she needed was one more push and she'd be up.

What Eline had found she hadn't entirely expected to. Instead of anything Zygarde ,she was met face to foot... Pulling herself up a bit more, she noticed that a sleeping Muchlax was up on this ledge. How did it get up there? There wasn't much room to begin with, so Eline was left to hang from the side of the rock. Seeing as her Zygarde core wasn't up here, the female intended to head back down, only for the Munchlax to wake up, and immediately notice Eline. "Muuunch!" It shouted, getting up to it's feet. "Munch munch!" It's voice... it almost sounded like it was pleading. "Are you? Are you perhaps stuck up here?" Eline inquired. It nodded several times, adding in a series of 'munch's' "Well, I can help you with that, just get into this pokeball here, and I'll bring you back down." The munchlax quickly shook it's head, and began to stomp around, which wasn't good, Eline could feel the ledge they were one giving in. "W-wa-wait! Sto-stop!" Eline began to plead herself. She had to move quickly, but also the Munchlax was in danger as well. "Fluorine, You need to weaken him!" Eline called as she made her way to a part of the rock that hopefully wouldn't go down with the ledge. Fluorine quickly dove down, doing just that, getting in a peck, that was responded to with a Tackle, only for it to miss, being Fluorine was a ghost-type. The Munchlax teetered over the ledge, about to fall forward. "Use pound!" Fluorine used her graceful and light body to quickly fly up and do a 36o into the Munchlax's stomach, pushing it back, just enough for it to regain it's balance and fall back onto it's butt, the ledge cracked some more.. it wasn't going to hold for very long. Tossing the ball at the Munchlax, it caught it in it's red light, drawing it within. She didn't even wait for it to wiggle before she snatched up the ball.
Thankfully, the ball sealed on her way back down, and once she was on firm footing once more, the white-haired female took a breath of air. Holding out the ball, she released the Munchlax. "There you are." She quickly spoke as the Munchlax looked around. "Now you're free to go. Next time be careful about where you decide to take a nap." Eline chuckled. Placing the ball into her bag with the Rattata's, she gave a quick nod as the Munchlax thanked her and waddled away. A sigh met Eline's lips. "Looks like our search continues." Though it wouldn't for very long.

It was finally time to meet his Pokemon. Honestly, if the Shinx and Skitty his dads gave him hadn't escaped and run off yet because of boredom, Alejandro was going to be surprised. Grabbing the three capsules from his bag strap, he let the three felines out and couldn't help but beam at them all. They were cute! Litten looked more than bored, though, but he read that Litten weren't very expressive. Kneeling, Alejandro laughed a bit when the Skitty immediately came up and purred as she jumped up to sit on his knee."Nice to meet you, too, little princess."Looking at them again for a second, he pointed to them each as he introduced them to their names."Reina, Cazador, Destello. Eline's search began once more, sending her north along Ten Carat Hill's entrance. The white-haired female, noted the beach had gotten pretty popular. The male from earlier, as well as the female she'd only seen in quick passing, and now another male she must have just missed after leaving the Professor's lab. Whatever the case, she quickly collected her invention and continued moving onward. She had to be close to finding at least one of the supposed two Zygarde Cells. Though as she made her way East through the tall grass, she noticed a young looking female walking in her direction. Eline quickly recognized this as her mentor, and friend, Glaidias. But what was she doing here? Quickening her pace into a light jog, Eline met up with Glaidias with a wave. "Hey, Gladdy. What brings you out here?" Eline asked. At first Glaidias simply stared up at Eline, her expression as uninterested as it ever was. But then she held up a bag that had previously been hanging off her shoulder. "You forgot." Quick and to the point as usual. "Forgot?" Eline asked, accepting the bag and quickly opening it. Her eyes widened when she found inside was her Laptop, Holocaster, and a few items as well, like a few Fast Balls, and some berries. Various supplies she'd gathered before leaving on her journey. Though, there was something extra inside that she was sure about. Setting the bag down on the ground at her feet, she held up the object in question; a Pokeball. "What is this?" She asked. It was sealed, which meant it was used. Glaidias stepped to the side, pointing up. Eline's eyes trailed up spotting a young woman sitting at edge of the ledge. Once Eline's gaze met the woman's, she stood up, dusted off her Kimono and leaped gracefully to the bottom of the ledge. Her movement was fluid, and not at all like she was wearing all those layers of clothing. Eline... was pretty impressed by her grace. 'Hello, dear. I was formally known as Inkaria, but apparently, I am to join you so as customary for a Pokemon, I give you permission to give me a new name.' Eline's eyes widened. Did she hear that right. Apparently, Eline's dumbfounded look amused the woman. 'You heard me right. I am a Pokemon.' With a quick flash, like someone had flickered the lights, the woman that stood before them changed into a Vixen; a Zoroark. Neon popped out from behind Eline, quickly snapping a picture of the Zoroark. He then offered himself to Eline, letting the fem read about the Pokemon she'd previously only read about in books. "Zoroark? The Illusion Pokemon... Oh! So that was an Illusion? Cool! So you're going to join me then? Hmm... Alright, a new nickname...?" Letting Neon go, Eline held a hand to his chin, thinking heavily on a name to give the fox. In the meantime, Inkaria, switched back to her human appearance, shuffling her Kimono's layers a bit. It was easy for her to move in those many layers, considering it was all just an illusion, there was not actual weight to the cloth.
After a few moments, Eline finally placed a fist in an open palm. "How does Lithium sound?" Inkaria tiled her head slightly, thinking about this name, letting a pipe she'd created rest between her lips. 'I like the sound of it. Let's go with that.' She replied. Eline gave a quick nod herself, then moved her gaze to where Glaidias had previous been standing. Only, now she was crouched down and having a staring contest with Sulfur. Glaidias had a creepy ability where she didn't need to blink for a long time, though, it seemed Sulfur was just a bit more skilled. "Darn." She muttered. Standing up, she turned her gaze to Eline and gave a small bow. "Good-bye." With that, Glaidias took her leave. She'd never really been one for small talk. Offering a wave, Eline turned her attention back to Lithium. "Anyway, I'm looking for a Zygarde core right now." Eline informed the fox. 'Zygarde? Why does that sound familiar? Hmm, well, good luck with that, I will follow you for now.' She gave a slight smile before placing the long pipe back between her lips. Eline gave a nod, then quickly continued her search. That was, once she remembered the bag at her feet and put everything from it into it's rightful place. The bag itself she offered Lithium, which she accepted, laying it across her shoulders, hiding the bag itself behind her illusion.

Adder stepped out, his eyes wide and gazing at the three pokeballs in his hand. He didn’t look… excited. In fact, his expression was quite odd. It looked more like… wide-eyed uncertainty—but then a smile began to crawl over his face, and his expression relaxed. The smile became a smirk. He had just started his journey… and he already had three pokedex entries done. Well… four, actually. Speaking of….
There was a pop and a flash of light as the pokeball already at his waste snapped open, and Pan appeared, eying him through a barely-open gaze. ”Interested in meeting the new team, Pan?” he asked, though he already knew the answer. ”Mun,” she muttered flatly, closing her eyes fully and pulling a bag of chips from seemingly nowhere, before beginning to munch on them. He shifted his gaze back to the three pokeballs, frowning some. He should… probably greet all of them or something… but honestly, he wasn’t planning to keep them all on his team for very long. He would train them when he could, but Pancake already had a place on his team, and while he planned to keep the Litten for sure, he didn’t really have any permanent plans for the other two. That wasn’t to say he wasn’t going to use them, though.
