Jack, Topher, Toby, Anna, Christoper, Maxwell. (anna and Christopher are Jack's parents.) Just wanted your opinion on their ranks.
[List of Psychic Abilities and Power Ranks]
Telekinesis:
-Considered the most powerful of the four Catergories. Anyone with an A Ranking is considered Dangerous.
Rank A: Movement of large structures (A house or plane), Ability to cause earthquakes or tremors,
Rank B: Movement of Mid-sized structures (Cars at the largest),
Rank C: Movement of Small items (A full tower computer would be the biggest but it might be a bit to heavy.)
Rank D: Slight Movement of Mini-items (Things we would think of as small. Cups, pencils, the largest would be like a handheld device like a phone or tablet)
Claravoyance:
-The second most powerful Category of Psychics. Also tends to be the rarest seen at highest ranks. No reports of Rank A have been filed.
Rank A: Visons occur often. Full detail. Often during the waking hours.
Rank B: Usually dreams of the future. Full images but not always quite in the right order. Rare cases of vivid visions during waking hours.
Rank C: Small flashes of the future. Images that are quick or brief and more times than not, confusing.
Rank D: Intuition. A feeling like something might happen.
Telepathy:
-Still considered the weakest Category. Rank A’s are considered extremely Dangerous.
Rank A: Able to manipulate memory and thoughts. Able to delve deep into a person’s subconscious and dig out any thought that has ever existed.
Rank B: Able to delve into others minds to find out information. Able to enter the ‘mindspace’ and manipulate it and let the other person they are reading manipulate it as well. (Anderson from Dredd)
Rank C: Able to mentally pick out thoughts from another persons head without their knowledge. Able to get random information out of a person’s brain besides surface thoughts. Also able to communicate with mental messages.
Rank D: Able to read surface thoughts only.
Empathy:
-The newest Category of Psychics. The latest to be recognized as an ability. The rank system has only been out about six years.
Rank A: Either have no feelings of their own or are so confused that they mix up what others are feeling for their own feelings. Able to influence entire area’s to feel a certain way.
Rank B: Able to feel what others are feeling. Groups of people are bad and can cause anxiety. Sometimes confuses own feelings for those of others and feelings of others for their own. Know others feelings with the same intensity that they know their own.
Rank C: Able to know what others are feeling. Groups of people are hard to be around at times because of differing emotional states. Good grasp of how to deal with others feelings.
Rank D: Able to tell, mostly through micro-expressions, what someone is feeling. Usually unaffected by being in large crowds.

Also note that Empathy wasn't considered a category until Chris came along but that doesn't mean no one could be on the lower ranks of it before that.
Note 3: Maxwell is the only known Rank A in Telepathy. Unless you want Topher to rival him but that's up to you.
