Get ready for an ancient soccer game!! This game will not just test your luck, but also your skills and ability to work with others. Teamwork is key!
Description: The game will last approximately 3 days. Each day will be split into two rounds. There will be two teams, each round consists of a team scoring and a team blocking. Once a team is created, players will be able to name their teams.
1st round: Team A will be scoring by randomizing from 1-10. If the number randomize is even then Team A scores 1 point. Each member from Team A may post only once in this first round. However, Team A may only score 3 goals. Team B will be blocking this round by randomizing 1-10. If the number randomize is the same number as Team A's RNG then Team B has successfully blocked team A from scoring. Each member from Team B may post only once in this round. Team B may only block two goals (this is to ensure there is progress in the game).
2nd round: Same as 1st round except that Team B is scoring and Team A is blocking.
Winner: The winner of the game is the team that reaches 10 points.
Prizes: The prize is a held-item which will be giving to everyone in the winning team. The losing team will still receive a prize as well as a participation prize. There will also be several other prizes given to players who are most active in their team, scored the most points, and/or blocked the most points etc. UPDATE 06/28/16: Items won from this game can be traded, however they cannot be "donated" to someone who has already won a prize from the same game. This means your character can give away their prize, so long as it follows this rule.

The rules for the Soccer game are in the process of being edited, so this means that you will still have to wait for the game to begin. DO NOT RP YOUR CHARACTER STARTING THE GAME OR PLAYING IT JUST YET. There will be a final announcement regarding the game tomorrow (June 16th). Until then, please be patient.
Reminder: If your character is not participating in the Soccer game, you may still rp your character in this thread. Ava made it to the games and walked around. It seemed like a lot of the prizes had already been won by her peers. Dang! Must have spent too much time eating. A little disheartened, Ava continued her walk until she came upon a sign up sheet for soccer. Or, it seemed kinda like Aztec Soccer, according to the people working the game. She grinned, walking up to the booth. She listened to the adults explain the rules. Yup. Definitely a soccer game. They handed her a pen and a clipboard with some paper on it and the young girl put her name down on the top. The clipboard was put back on the table as soon as her signature was on it.
Sports were some of her favorite things. Dodgeball in gym class, running around outside, and climbing on things was something she really enjoyed. Kicking balls into holes (or even blocking them!) was among that. With an excited smile on her face, she took a seat on one of the benches as she waited for more people to sign up. Though as time passed, not a lot of people came by. The young girl stood up, knowing they would call to get her once enough people came, and walked off to another game. Maybe she could win something else at this little festival!

X⇒ LOCATION : Festival games XXXXXXXXXX⇒ WITH : Iris, Niara, Faye Heading over to the booth alongside Iris, Silvano stopped in front of the table that had a bunch of sign-up sheets. It appeared to be for some kind of game that would start at a scheduled time. If that were the case, maybe he and Iris could sign up and come back later when the game was due to begin. For the looks of it, it looked like the game had something to do with Soccer or at least something similar. Although Silvano wasn't too keen on playing sports, he decided he'd be willing to give it a try. After all, what did he have to lose?
"This looks like something we'll need to sign up for in order to play. No idea when the game will begin, but I bet there's still time for us to find another game to play in the meantime." He explained to Iris before picking up one of the pens on the table and taking one of the sign-up sheets. "Why don't you sign up, too? It might be fun." Writing down his information in the blanks, Silvano them handed the sheet over to the person maintaining the booth before waiting for Iris to finish. He was ready to take off to the next game whenever she was.

Maria had spent the entire time on the tour of the museum with Evelyn. While Eve probably enjoyed it more than her she didn’t mind the change in company. After that they went to lunch which was relatively uneventful in her mind. It was now time for fun and games literally. As such Maria found herself walking through the festival games not knowing what to do. She figured maybe signing up for soccer would be a fun idea. It would certainly get her active and she didn’t mind having some fun with probably quite a few of her classmates.
Heading over to the registration, Maria wondered how many people would actually be interested. She didn’t think Silvano would be. She certainly would be surprised to find out otherwise. He hated anything that required athleticism never mind the outdoors. Walking over to the table, the brunette signed her name on the sign-up sheet. She couldn’t wait honestly. Figuring she didn’t need to stick around. She headed off. Perhaps she’d run into someone.

Before Iris could retort to Silvano calling Ichiro a nobody, she was taken by the hand and swept away to the next place of business. She sighed inwardly at the previous remarks but otherwise kept what she was thinking to herself. As the two of them were looking for the next game booth, they stumbled upon a booth that was covered in sign-up sheets for various times of the day. The idea that seemed to pop into their minds was that this was a sporting event sign up booth. It looked like a for a soccer game. Despite how she looked, Iris like sports. She didn't know players by heart or stats but she enjoyed watching them live or on TV. Nimbasa City had two Stadiums that were dedicated to sports.
It looked like it could be fun but Iris was sure they would be passing it by unless she could coax Silvano to join her. Otherwise, she would be adding herself in solo. Iris nearly jumped in surprise when Silvano spoke and actually sign himself up for the game before asking Iris to sign up as well. Iris nodded her head as she got a pen and sign up sheet as well. "I most definitely will sign up," Iris added in as she was writing down her information.
She handed in the paper to the booth like Silvano did. "Now that that game is over... Let's head over to the next and see if we can win something this time." Iris took his hand this time since he took hers before and looked another game to play.

There was a near by bench, so Pheobe went to sit down. She used the back of the bench as a hard surface to write on. But both Antontio and Iris filled out the sign up sheet. Faye didn't really want to sign up, but her friends were joining, and she didn't want to be left alone when the game started, so she reluctantly picked up a pen. X⇒ LOCATION :Festival games XXXXXXXXXX⇒ WITH : Phoebe! Plus others Walking alongside Phoebe -- hand in hand -- Ichiro tried to his best to help look for the booth were they could sign up for the Soccer game, but his gaze kept drifting back to their interlocked hands. The way they were walking around the festival like this, they might have looked like a couple to their peers. Ichiro's face only get even more red when he began to think of the other students potentially teasing them other the harmless gesture. He was just a kid, not even old enough to understand the concept of a girlfriend. Not even the plays and poems he read back home made him think he was sophisticated enough to have one. Regardless of how endearing it felt, his addled mind was filled with apprehension over the way they walked together.
Suddenly, Ichiro was pulled from his thoughts when Phoebe stole his attention and he sheepishly looked towards the booth she had pointed to. It looked like one that would hold sign-ups for a game. "Y-you found it, Phoebe." He stuttered, trying to hue in his face to subside. Without hesitation, he followed his friend over to the booth and took one of the papers and pencils that were handed to him. He quickly looked over the paper, thankful there wasn't a whole lot of information to fill out."This looks easy." He commented idly before following Phoebe over to the bench where she began to fill out her paper. Using the seat portion of the bench, Ichiro quickly filled out his information in order to catch up with Phoebe. Once he finished, he soon headed over to the booth and handed the paper to the booth attendant, copying exactly what Phoebe did since he wasn't too confident in knowing what to do.
Once his sheet was out of his hands, he turned his attention back to Phoebe. "When do you think the game will begin?" He asked her, while fidgeting at little. There was something else he wanted to ask as fell. "Also... you don't think anyone saw us... do you?" His question was vague, but he hoped Phoebe would pick up on it without him having to explain too much. It was already embarrassing to ask as it was. "The others might... tease us." He shook his head. "Uh.. nevermind. We should just focus on the Soccer game. Gotta mentally steel ourselves for that." He gave a laugh, mostly at his poor attempt to change the subject.

He didn't have a problem waiting for her, especially since the sheet only took all of two seconds to fill out properly. Though, as he waited, he noted that more and more students were beginning to make there way over to sign up as well. He frowned a little, realizing that with this many people signing up the game was bound to have enough players and he'd have to participate. Though, he suppose he could give the game the benefit of the doubt and actually put forth and effort while playing. There was a chance that maybe he could win something nice. If not, he'd at least possibly have something to walk away with, aside from a sprained ankle.
As he looked over some of the students coming to sign up, he thought he might have seen a familiar-looking brunette. Thinking about it, he hadn't seen Maria in quite some time. Maybe she was trying her best to avoid him again and was actually succeeding? No idea, but he guessed his eyes were probably just playing tricks on him. Besides, Maria probably wouldn't sign up for a Soccer game -- much like he wouldn't have if it weren't for trying to make a good impression on Iris. Iris seemed like the type that didn't mind getting a little dirty if it meant having a good time. Sadly, he didn't envy that sentiment.
Soon enough, Silvano's attention soon shifted to the familiar blonde that had catch up to them. He smiled at her, but it quickly faded when Faye reminded him of what he had just signed up for. "Yeah... its a soccer game." He sighed. "So running around and getting dirty is unfortunately inevitable." Falling silent, he was shocked to she Faye take one of the sign up sheets and fill it out, too. He half wondered if it was because him and Iris had signed up, that she decided she'd endure it along with them. Knowing that Faye was this foray, Silvano suddenly felt a little better about signing up and that he wouldn't be the only one hating it.
Returning his attention back to his green haired friend, Silvano nodded at her words -- along with Faye's as well. "Agreed. Let's find another game to play and win something interesting." He told both girls before starting away from the booth. It was then that Iris had caught him slightly off guard when she had chose to take his hand this time and take the lead. He wasn't sure what to make of it, but he guessed it was probably because he had done the same without thinking. So with a returning smile, he followed after Iris, going wherever it was that she wanted to take him and Faye

Elysia reached the end of the street into a wide field. Hmmm, she wondered what could it be and approached it. She could see the line painted on the field and two opposing goal with netting. It was a soccer field, perhaps? she wasn't sure. "Ancient Soccer game is taking registration!" she heard someone yell. Ancient . . . soccer? now that was interesting. How did it differ to the modern game? she had played them as part of school activity back home. It was a fun pastime as she enjoyed playing in a team. She asked the staff on the booth regarding the rule and find it wasn't all that much different to the game she knew.
Elysia walked up to take a slip of registration paper to fill it in before she could enter. There was many kind of prize that even if she didn't win, she wouldn't be wasting her time. Of course, she planned to do her best to win. oh and she forgot to ask whether pokemon could join in or not. She guessed she will know if the game started. Shelah wasn't stranger to the game, so she wasn't too worried.

Koru didn't let go of Kirsi's hand the whole way to the soccer game area. When they arrived though she slowed her running til her steps came to a complete stop. She looked tired from running but held her head high and hands at her hips with a big smile,"Awesome made it with time to spare!" even though she had no idea when this game was actually going to start. She had noted quite a few of their classmates were leaving so it was possible that they had signed up already. Koru went and wrote her name down on the sign up sheet, though she was in too much of a excited mood to hear the people working the booth talk about what kind of soccer game this actually was. When Kirsi signed up Koru looked around and found a nice bench to sit on. Koru took to it and stretched her legs outward sighing,"Ah it's good to sit down-oh!" Since they were relaxing at the moment Koru took a pokeball out of her bag and released Cyndaquil, who after appearing quickly snuggled into her stomach then scurried up to her face. Koru laughed and hugged the excited fire mouse,"Hey there boy! Sorry that took so long but,” she pointed around to the crowd of people. Cyndaquil scurried up to her shoulder and nuzzed his head into her neck, "Cynda quil~” He sounded so content it was good to hear him again. If she could she would never have him in the pokeball again. She petted on him while Kirsi took the seat next to her. Koru smiled and said,"Seems he missed me a little bit. I'd bring Fletchling out but...well that may be too many for me to handle at the moment hehe...” Fletchling was a crious little bird so no telling if he would fly off to check out the crowd or not. She asked Kirsi,"You wanna bring Chance out?” Oddly enough Cyndaquil really liked Chance so both of them seeing each other might be nice for a bit. Cyndaquil is probably the shiest pokemon Koru has ever met, so making a friend really means a lot to Koru.

Kirsi kept her Ivysaur tucked under one arm with her other firmly in Koru's control. When Koru offered to hold Ivysaur for her she refused, insisting that she was fine just carrying it herself. "Oh, what a cute doll! Did you win it?" Kirsi looked over the sign-up table at the woman who had spoken up. Suddenly shy, she said, "Koru did. For me. I wanted to sign up?" The woman nodded and handed over a sign-up sheet and explained what kind of game it would be. "Wait. What kind of soccer? Koru, I don't think this is-" Kirsi turned, but Koru was already halfway to a bench. Kirsi shrugged, though a little bit of worry wormed its way into her tummy. What if she wasn't good at it? "Kirsi...Rhodes..." she mumbled as she wrote her name out. Kirsi handed the paper out and went to join Koru.
Cyndaquil was really cute. Kirsi was smiling as she plopped herself down next to Koru. "Hey Cyndaquil. Hehe, I bet. I'm amazed you can handle two pokemon, you know." Kirsi had been thinking about maybe trying to catch a new one, but for right now she was glad she just had Chance to worry about. "Yeah! I've this is a great place for it." She let him out. "Growl!" he whuffed, tail flopping back and forth. Kirsi leaned over so he could bury his face in her hands. "Oh, Chance, this is Ivysaur, our new friend," Kirsi said, holding out Ivysaur for him to sniff. His nose snuffled all over it, ending in a big sneeze. Kirsi pulled back Ivysaur, wiping it off on her shorts and setting it beside her. Chance changed his attention to Koru and Cyndaquil, resting his chin on her knee and looking up at them. He was happy to see them again.
Kirsi leaned back, watching Chance and Cyndaquil. "The sun feels good," she said, stretching out her legs. She paused a moment, wondering if she should ask or not. She didn't want to bumm Koru out, but her curiosity was like an itch and she really needed to scratch it. "Hey, Koru? Do you...mind if I ask about Ray?"

Once again Koru was impressed by how comfortable Cyndaquil was with someone else's attention. He was this way around Xia too, which really gave Koru a clear idea to who her great friends really are...then it made her think how good he was around Ray too... Her thoughts were refocused when Kirsi said she was impressed she could handle more than one pokemon right now. Koru scratched the tip of her nose feeling bashful at the comment,"Thanks...but it's not really hard I'm just lucky they're both so small right now. I mean when Cyndaquil becomes a Typhlosion he won't be able to sit on my shoulder like this anymore," and aas if on cue she began to imagine a scene of Typhlosion climbing on only to send her crashing to the ground and crushing her in a cartoon-like manner. She thought about Fletchling and then saw how affectionate Chance was once Kirsi brought him out,"I guess seeing my dad and sister with their pokemon for so long I just can't wait anymore to have a little pokemon family of my own ya know?" Koru was a little surprised to feel Chance's fuzzy chin on her lap, but the way he was looking at them was really cute so no way she could ignore him. She rubs his ears with both hands and started talking in a baby voice,"Oh you're such a cutie! So fluffy too Kirsi must brush you a lot huh?” Cyndaquil's nose twitched as he stared at Chance. He crawled down from Koru's shoulder and waved with both of his small arms, "Quil quil,” to get his attention. As soon as he did Cyndaquil jumped to the ground and began to play with Chance, climbing on his back and holding on as Chance skipped around playfully. Koru felt extremely relaxed now. She let her head fall back and her eyes close. Kirsi mentioned how good the sun feels and Koru hummed in agreement. This must be what fire types feel like, warm and sunny on the inside- she liked that feeling. Kirsi's voice rang in again with her name. Koru tilted her head and hummed again to acknowledge her. However she partially opened her eyes frowning. She turned back to the view of the sky and replied,"Sure.”
