I have the next two days off myself. If the nice weather holds out for me, I'll probably go for a walk on one of the local trails. It's a bit sad that the days that we have warm, sunny weather is when I'm having to work. *sighs*

hey i like to go out on the trails too, when i can

but since i am in retail, that tends to take up a lot of the daylight hours

i wish i could teach elementary kids which i am schooled for, but nobody is hiring, so it's selling tops and jeans, ugh

we discovered hundreds of salamanders on one trail last year, and they were supposed to be dying out around here, so that was sweet

Friday through Sunday I am a receptionist at one of the local assisted living facilities, so most of my day is taken up being stuck behind a desk looking wistfully out the front doors at the sunshine and hearing the residents coming and going and talking about how lovely it is. Then rest of the week I may get scheduled a shift at the theater which either takes up most of the day or I have limited time to do anything because I have to leave a certain time to go for an evening shift. whee

Anyway, the weather did hold out for me and I was able to go adventure the trails at the local park. It was perfect timing because I got to see the Camas Lilies all bloomed out. If I went any time after that, most of them would've already died away.
