"Come on." A lion, pelt of reds and black came out of brush speaking in hushed, rushed tones that were neither grumpy - simply urgent. Following him was a double, but where the red blazed bright a similar green pattern was. "Slow down. I don't see the need for urgency." The green companion was grumpy, his tones weren't as hushed, nor rushed, but quizzical.
The boys had left home and been travelling. Raised beneath a would be Queen and King, trifled with a God and seen more blood in their youth than most. Ahriman and Abbadon hadn't known what they'd encounter in the grandiose roguelands, but they imagined it would be something remarkable. Unfortunately that was not the case - in fact they had been chased, hunted and stolen from. The pair hadn't been readied to survive in the world they'd been left to. Fortunately they'd had the heart for cruelty, perhaps a gift from both parents. This gave them a kill or be killed attitude and often they got back what was stolen, chased away what had started a hunt and more.
"If you stay quiet we may, just may get away with our lives." Ahirman was assuming the worst of course. He had caught scent of pridal markings. Multiple lions had scouted a border that the brothers had stupidly stumbled upon and somehow, into. Just stepping foot within borders often left most mangled in their home land, the red lion was not sure what could possibly happen here, but he knew they'd be ill-equipped. "I sense you're over zealous imagination creeping to the front of your mind, brother." Abbadon, head high, eyes searching but he wasn't nearly as wary as his brother who had begun crouching. It was bothersome that they'd come to this.
"There must be a way to freedom."

The day had been slow so far for Korres. She took the pleasant day to scout the lands, making sure no one dared to cross the border of their pride. Still, she was bored. Kose was hovering above, scouting the lands as well from a higher vantage point than she could ever hope to reach.
The falcon doubled as her eyes in the sky. He was dependable and trustworthy. Probably one of the only that she could trust with her life so far. The bird had been with her since she could see, keeping his eyes out for her.
She was almost tempted to call him down.
Of course, that's when the dark falcon banked, fluttering down towards her. She hummed curiously, wondering if Kose was bored as well, or if he managed to spot something. The bird landed on her shoulder. "There's a pair of intruders near the border, Korres," He reported softly to her, his void a soft rumble as to not alert anyone near by.
The winged lioness hummed, quickening her pace and taking directions from the falcon in order to reach the sight of the disturbance.

"Just there," Kose said softly. He didn't want to risk flying away and getting Korres noticed, so he settled onto her shoulder. She paused to listen. She could hear bickering, two males. She crept closer, noticing they looked quite similar as well.
She was silent, waiting and watching the pair. She gave a small hum that was lost in the sounds of nature around her. Perhaps she could just kill them, ambushing one and then battling the other. The green male looked cocky and over-confident. He could be taken down easily.
It was always the scared ones that had more fight. Still, the pride was small, and both looked like they could be strong and cunning with the right training. "What are you thinking?" Kose asked, and Korres shook her head softly, making her way towards the pair.
"Who goes?" She said sharply, loud and clear. She rather hoped to startle the pair - it'd be amusing to say the least.

"Fairly basic, really," She disagreed. They would have to kill anyone who would try to escape the lands unscathed. It was common practice for the Kuuza. Though, despite being here for most of her adult life, she was raised in a pride where ghosts were a real thing.
She gave a small laugh. "If I wanted to kill you, I would have attacked earlier," she dismissed the green male. "I actually have another offer." She paused, wondering for a moment if this was the correct decision. Perhaps they were spies...
"I have another offer, however. If you come with me, you will be allowed to live." Perhaps. That decision went to Mama or Papa, really, so she could only just speculate. "It may be worth your while," she gave a small chuckle.
Kose wasn't quite so chipper about the situation though. If they did decide to leave, Korres would have to attack, and Kose would need to warn the rest of the pride. If that happened, the pair would be hunted down until they were dead, of course, but the falcon still did not want to see his lioness injured.
