Andrew winced a bit as he woke up and rolled out of bed. The last while had been actually good compared to not being able to sleep much due to the pain from healing. Now though was pretty much done and figured that he’d get up rather than try to go back to sleep even though it was still a bit early. He grabbed a breakfast bar from the kitchen and wondered around for a bit. He had remembered that Lei wanted him to earn that kiss and today was the day he’d have to fight her so he decided to head to the training room to practice a bit before.

As we walked in he noticed Lei and sighed. He wasn’t expecting her to be already up, let alone training already and was half ready to walk out when Jet blocked the doorway. ”Move…” ”No.” ”God damn it Jet MOVE!” He stopped after shouting and turned, realizing that Lei probably knew he was there now and sighed yet again. ”Not letting you off the hook for yesterday. And no before you get pissy I’m doing this on my own, she didn’t ask me to, I just want to see what you can ACTUALLY do for once, rather than hear about things from someone else later on.” ”Augh, fine.” Andrew turned to face Lei and rolled his shoulders a bit. ”Warm up a bit or jump right into it?”

Andrew sighed and glared as Ruri shouted about the fight going to start. He really didn’t want a huge crowd there but didn’t mind too much, at least that way if things did actually get too violent someone might actually be on hand to revive him if needed. He shook his head as Ruri made that same exact point and looked at Lei as she confirmed it. So no more going easy, she wasn’t going to let him off with a simple fight. ”You forget I have died already once or twice.” He wasn’t trying to boast but just reminding her that if that did happen it wouldn’t be the first time. ”No going easy then this time I take it?” He had fought both the twins before but mostly just for training. Lei always poked at him because she could tell he was holding back.

He stretched a bit knowing he wouldn’t get a full warm up and watched as more people crowded in. ”Jesus…” He muttered under his breath, it seemed that even now more people were crowded in then the day before when he had kissed her. He didn’t want to take the first move, more so to be polite but he figured that Lei wouldn’t go easy on him at all if he attacked first. ”Ladies first.” He motioned at her as he got into a fighting position and noticed Sebastian in the doorway now as well. ”Lei please don’t outright kill him, we don’t want to have to revive him for being stupid.” Andrew glared at Sebastian who simply smiled back.

Andrew listened to crowd complain and figured that Lei wasn’t using the blindfold since she has fought him before but not to this extent. He watched as she launched herself right at him and grinned a bit. He had been working on something and wanted to actually give it a try in a real battle. Moving his hands quickly he threw a water bubble at Lei, the original idea was to catch them in the bubble but depending on the opponents speed most of the time it just slowed them down. He let the water spray her then sent a small shock that would be slightly amplified by the water and moved a bit to still dodge her landing if she kept coming straight on.

He heard a few surprised gasps and kept his calm. He didn’t want to betray his abilities and give any hint to Lei as to what was coming. He could feel more eyes on him now but still watched Lei. He winked a bit as she landed and moved calmly to the other side. ”Blunt attacks may not work so easily.” He grabbed a battery in his pocket that he put in there beforehand and drained the energy from it using it for his own electric energy. A few static pops could be heard as he did this but he still kept his face and body calm and relaxed. ”Remember I have another nickname of Sparky.” He hated that nickname but had gotten for a good reason being that he literally zapped Sebastian enough to make the man stop when the dragon had insisted on a trial fight to see what Andrew could do.

Andrew grinned at Lei’s change in tactics. Good she knew he wasn’t going to slack off with this fight. Normally he would’ve but he figured if he kept hiding his abilities no one would really want him as back up in any future situation. He knew she could feel the vibrations in the floor so kept a small bit of water between his feet and the floor to dampen his movement. That and the water also made it easier for him to move quickly. ”I see.” Yeah he was quite an odd mixture being electric and water, though his brothers were both fire types, only because their biological mother was from a long line of fire types so the genes were a bit more to her family. His mother was from a long line of water types so he figured that’s why he got the mixture. The only other mixed dragon he knew was Sebastian though the guy tended to only use his Earth abilities as they were a lot stronger than his fire ones.

Andrew had experienced both though, the fire abilities had dampened his water abilities quite a bit which is why he had used a high voltage electric shock on the Clan leader. He turned his attention back on the fight and glided across the floor with the water, hearing some comment about that in the distance. He wasn’t going to make tracking him any easier for Lei than her line of sight. He used the water to launch himself straight at her holding a large charge of electricity in his right hand to hit her with upon impact.

((this is where she can toss him into the crowd to dodge if wanted. Also I have yet to actually decide if Sebastian is ACTUALLY the clan leader or just the visible face of the leader))

Andrew grinned as Lei got slightly distracted but quickly regretted letting himself get cocky as she sent him flying off into the crowd. He landed on someone with and gasped as the air was knocked out of him as well. ”Watch what you’re doing.” He heard an American accent and slightly recognized the guy as they both stood up. ”Watch your d**k…” He glared back but stopped as he noticed the twin’s mother behind the guy slightly frowning at him. Though she seemed a bit amused as well.

He brushed himself off and shook his head a bit then looked back to Lei. ”Stop getting distracted.” He knew she was already beating herself up over that by just looking at her. He got into a stance again and motioned for her to attack. Right now they were both sizing each other up a bit more and he was letting her take a turn to try to get him. Eventually they’d get into a full out battle but for now he was just glad they were taking things slowly.

Andrew blinked as Ruri came up to him, he was stunned a bit as she bluntly kissed him then told him his brother kissed better. He shook his head at the thought and looked over at Lei, he half thought they had arranged it but half thought that Lei wouldn’t do anything of the sort. Most likely it was just Ruri trying to distract him. He sighed as the crowd started to converse about that now. Great now he looked like they were trying to fight over him and he was right in the middle.

He laughed a bit at Lei’s remark and was going to say something but saw her rushing him. Something in the step made him remember when Sebastian had done something similar then attacked with something not expected. He quickly dodged the kick and threw water spears in her direction as he moved away from her reach. He figured now they’d have to go full out and try to not let people distract each other.
