X⇒ LOCATION : Assigned Dorn Room XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX⇒ WITH :... At the sound of an loud and ornery beeping, Hyun groggily extended his left arm out towards the source; a little black alarm clock set up upon the nightstand beside his bed. As the ex-cop began to fumble to turn off the alarm, he nearly slipped off the edge of his mattress, barely realizing he was that close to falling off. Dragging himself out of bed, Hyun quickly swiped the clock off the night stand and switched it's alarm off. Lazily, his gaze soon returned to his bed, where Shisa (his trusted Arcanine) was laying with her legs fully stretched out and now fully taking over the space he had just vacated. He didn't know when the canine pokemon had decided to abandon Komainu (his other trusty Arcanine) on the floor and had decided to crawl up and get in bed with him. This wasn't the first time the giant dog had done this to him. She had tried it multiple times before, and got better about sneaking onto his bed without waking him. Normally, it was the weight of her paws on his chest -- or slammed against his back -- that got her caught and subsequently kicked out. Dalton was known for having a big heart; so it was probably no surprise that he felt bad about leaving his pokemon co-workers cooped up within their pokeballs at night, and so he'd often let them take up his floor -- wherever he ended up staying the night at. This new dorm room was no exception. Despite being a small room, Dalton had no use for the floor space at night, so it didn't bother him if his three pokemon occupied most of it. Though, it seemed Shisa was the only one that did. Despite being such a nice guy, Hyun wasn't fond of smelling like dog in the morning, nor waking up on the floor after getting pushed out of bed at night by such a large pokemon. So he wasn't about to just let Shisa do as she wanted.
"Shisha. C'mon now -- get off the bed." He commanded the pokemon, using his best authoritative tone. In turn, Shisa lifted her head, her black orbs staring back at him tentatively, as if confused by his order. "Shisa. You know better. Don't make me angry." He warned her once more. This time, Shisa rolled onto her stomach and kept her head raised and still pointed in his direction. "Get. Down." Once again, the female Arcanine seemed reluctant. She shifted herself slightly before pinning back her ears, still contending him. At this point, the other two canine pokemon, an Arcanine and growlithe, were now fully awake and both staring at what was going on. Normally, out on the job, Shisha would listen to him without hesitation, although she sometimes struggled with letting things go or backing down -- it was part of her rash personality, Hyun guessed. But also from time to time, she was a bit of a delinquent while off duty, and Dalton swore she did these things just to test how much she could get away with when it came to his authority outside of work. Once again, maybe it was just part of what made her personality unique to her.
Deciding to leave his slight issue for now, Dalton soon headed over to the closet, carefully stepping over Komainu's outstretched body as he did. He decided to get himself dressed in his usual uniform; which consisted of a light blue flannel shirt with a dark blue security vest over top and black slacks with a matching leather utility belt, all of which he quickly threw on. He next reached for his navy blue officer's cap that was tucked away on the upper shelf of the closet and placed it atop his head before heading over to the door, where his best black work shoes were. Haphazardly slipping into his shoes, he next returned his attention to Shisa who was now laying on her side, further enjoying his bed.
"Are you going to get off now?" He asked the pokemon once more. This time, she didn't budge. "Alright. You forced my hand." Dalton told the pokemon defeatedly, shaking his head. Removing one of the empty pokeballs off his belt, he pointed it at the canine claiming his bed. As soon as Shisha detected the device in Hyun's hand, she immediately stood up on all fours, her weight causing her to sink slightly into the mattress, the springs giving an audible harsh creak. A beam of red light soon shot from the pokeball and just like that, the large pokemon disappeared from sight. "If this keeps up, I'm going to owe the Academy a new mattress." The guard sighed, shaking his head. Placing Shisa's pokeball back onto his belt, he soon removed one more and just as soon recalled his other Arcanine as well. It was just about time to start work, so he figured he might as well retuned the two to their pokeballs anyway. As a contracted security guard for Ordell, he was going to need them on hand. Besides, there was no telling what state his dorm room would be in if he had decided to randomly leave the two Arcanine there while on morning patrol.
"C'mon, Hachi. Let's get going."Dalton told the young growlithe who got up off the floor, tail wagging as he trotted on over to the door. Holding it open for the pup, Dalton soon locked it behind him as he headed on down the hall, Hachi padding along next to him.
