Checking all around town, it didn’t take very long for Zero to find what he was looking for. He came across a small burrow dug into the concrete, hidden just out of plain view where a pokemon had made their den. Fortunately, the nocturnal pokemon seemed to have been sleeping when Zero took a look inside, and reached in to snatch the inedible egg from their stash of food.

Something attacked Misa and the bird while they were making their descent upon the city. The bird was able to maneuver safely to the ground. The creature that attacked the duo landed near a Trainer looking in their direction. There was absolutely no need to communicate what this Trainer wanted. Their way of going about in starting a battle was not how she would have liked. This challenge did mean that her Pokemon could gain some valuable experience so maybe there could be an exception.

It was another easy opponent which made her think that many of these battles were rigged. How could it be possible for a Trainer’s Pokemon to be so low leveled when her Lv. 50 Venusaur was in her team? Venusaur was there to provide the back-up that many of these new Pokemon needed. Should she had run into any opponents that no one else could face then Venusaur was there for them. Just tagging along this big trip really helped her first Pokemon gain some valuable experience for the next Gym Leader. Hopefully it will make a difference when they actually get there.

Misa recalled Jigglypuff as she felt it was a safe move. Trainers tend to send their weakest Pokemon out first before bringing out their bigger guns. Plus, it would be nice to train Dratini again since that was going to be her most difficult Pokemon to train. Dratini was a difficult Pokemon to take down too but in terms of it learning new moves….that was going to take some time. At least it was able to learn a Dragon move recently but there was still some time before it was going to be able to upgrade those moves.

Dratini wasn’t as cuddly as the other Pokemon but it's cold-like demeanor was more than appealing to Misa’s heart. Plus, one must recall that the girl did have a bit of favoritism towards the Dragon Pokemon kind. There was just something about them that attracted her to them. I hope that you can accept my apology with this egg and this healing item.” The Trainer bowed to the girl which they then blended back into the crowd of this city. Misa thanked her Dratini when returning the Pokemon back into its Pokeball. She did the usual of placing the egg into her PC and climbed on the back of the bird Pokemon. Then off they went to the final location of this area.

Ajicka headed out of the city, and away from the giant crystal (criminy) and towards the tall grass, and the nearby routes. Eelektross floated alongside her, weaving through the air, his eyes on the path ahead. "... You're quiet," Ajicka observed, glancing at him. He met her gaze from the corner of his own, but, of course, said nothing. Ajicka shrugged. "It makes it hard to read you," she explained, "I'm hoping to use you to go up against the Elite Four... to train with, and get stronger with, and defend a title with. Ajicka headed back to the city in silence with Eelektross. Weirdly, she was actually having a slightly hard time finding the others, so she swung into the pokecenter to get the electric pokemon healed up. On their way out, though, Fall went bounding by, with a frantic Houndoom running after her a moment later. Ajicka blinked, shook her head, then turned, looking after them to see Houndoom snatching the water type up in his maw, looking a bit exasperated. She raised an eyebrow and walked over. "Having trouble?" she queried, earning an exasperated look from the hellhound. She reached down to take Fall from him, straightening. "Did you guys find an egg?" she asked. The dog turned, trotting away and digging something up, bringing it back, and dropping it at her feet. "I'm guessing she gave you a hard time..." she remarked, looking at him as she moved to pick up the egg, Deoxys already appearing. Houndoom just looked back up at her in response.

The giant sundial sparkled in the sunlight and casting little flecks of glitter across the podium it sat upon. It was really quite the sight. Scarlett chuckled, shaking her head. If it wasn't obvious before, it was now; he was certainly taking this competitively. That explained the frequent check-ins and boasting about how many eggs he'd collected in such a short time period. Scarlett had been somewhat taking her time with her egg gathering, since it wasn't supposed to be a competition, but if he wanted to make it into one, she certainly wouldn't argue. She was almost a little disappointed that he wasn't being as flirty in return, but then again he could very well be downplaying everything.

Honestly that was the most lighthearted thing she could come up with at the moment. She didn't want to respond to his comments too seriously.
