Terrence looked around the area, and was surprised to see that it had a giant crystal in the middle of the area. He titled his head a bit, looking it over. It was actually really pretty, and Terrence walked up to it to take a closer look. It was unlike anything he's ever seen, and to be honest Terrence didn't know what to say. His fascination was interrupted my Az slapping his cheek. Right look for the egg, but he'd make sure to come back for sure! Especially since there was a gym located here. He heard that she was quite interesting, he'd have to look into that a bit more.

Now that Terrence thought about it some more, wasn't the gym leader supposed to be a psychic type gym leader? Where did he read about that? He swore that he had read a book about all the gym leader when he was hospitalized, but what did it say? He tried to rack his brain for the information he sought, but nothing came to her. He sighed, he at least knew that it was a female gym leader. At least he wasn't completely ignorant! Satisfied with that information, he turned away from the huge crystal and proceeded further into town. It was actually kind of nice, and so he relaxed a bit more. Now where could that egg be hiding at?

He turned to looked around at the other side of the town when Zeek seemed to just bolt off "Zeek! Hey... hey get back here!" he shouted, alarmed. He rushed after him, wondering what in the world got into him. He was fine just a few minutes ago! He groaned, hoping he could catch the sword that was running away. He was sweating, making a great effort with trying to keep up with him. He began to grind his teeth together, doing his best. However, he started to slow down and was panting hard. When he looked up, he realized that Zeek was totally gone. He panicked "Z... Zeek?! Hey... hey Zeek this isn't funny!" he shouted frantically.

Where in Arceus was that boy! Zeek had just run off, but where could he have gone? Az noticed how stressed out he was, and did his best to be on the lookout as well. He wanted to cry, his pokemon were being so good why did he have to act up now? He wanted to cry, but he had to find him fast. Zeek was special, just like all his pokemon were. He was afraid that if he looked away for a second someone would steal his preious friends away. He bit his nail out of a nervous habit, before moving around like a mad man. Even if if body was screaming at him to slow down, he refused. He'd do anything for his pokemon, even if they were acting up and being rebellious!

After running around for Arceus knows how long, Terrence finally found Zeek. Terrence was panting hard, practically falling over in the process of stopping his trembling legs. He looked up, about to scold him when he noticed that Zeek was hovering near an object hidden right behind the crystal they had been by earlier! If that had been there the whole time was did Zeek wait all this time to show them this?! He closed his eyes, gulping in the air. He didn't know what to say, He had originally thought that Zeek was just trying to be rebellious. However, that didn't seem to be the case "n... next time just... just show me a bit slower ok? No... not sure I can... keep up... all the time" he said in between breaths. Zeek seemed to nod, and even though had wanted to originally cause some trouble he thought against it now. With that Terrence picked up the egg and rested a bit before he proceeded towards the last egg location in Kalos.

Noel’s eyes were getting heavy. He really needed to plan for a pit stop so that he and his team could take a break. Flying around was fun, but it took a lot out of a person to do. Absently, he rested his head against the back if the Pidgeot as it flew, eyes struggling to stay open as they headed for their next destination. Algernon shifted to look at Noel, clinging tightly to his trainer to make sure that he was okay. He could tell the boy was getting tired… they really needed to stop and take a rest.

By the time they touched down, Noel was halfway to slumber land. Which was fine; Algernon and Sherlock could handle hunting down the egg while leaving their trainer in the care of the rider pokemon. It was a reliable pokemon and Algernon felt Noel would be safe. It even offered to keep an eye on Quixote who seemed all but ready to rush off on another adventure of his own. With that settled, the pair started off into the city to try and find the egg for the hunt.

As they walked, the pair passed a massive crystal, something that caught Algernon’s attention. He stopped to stare up at the mysterious crystal a moment blinking his eyes as he thought he saw a form take shape in the form a reflection. It wasn’t his own though… it was cat like in appearance, a pokemon that was flying in the air with a longish tail. It seemed to recognize that the Espurr had noticed it though, quickly blinking out of sight. The Espurr rubbed his eyes, narrowing a gaze and looking around., There was so much energy in this place, it was hard to tell if it had been another pokemon or simply an illusion of some sorts. Sherlock gave a bark in his direction to draw his attention and so Algernon didn’t have a chance to think on the situation much more, instead swiftly toddling along to catch up with his companion.

Sherlock had located the egg, hidden once again behind some benches nearby. Algernon picked it up and looked over, confirming that they had found the right thing. They made their way back to the rider pokemon, Algernon semi-pleased to see that Noel still seemed to be napping. Carefully, he removed the pokedex and sent the egg off in his steed as to not disturb him from his nap. He and Sherlock situated themselves back on and just to make sure nothing else interrupted them, found Quixote’s pokeball and returned the dragon for now. He could come out in the future, when Noel was fully aware to watch him. For now though, it was just him and Sherlock and they were off to the next place.

Flying over the ocean as they made their way towards the next city, one that boarded the northern shore, Avikna was momentarily held up when a Delibird suddenly gave chase. What ever the bird was thinking it wasn't thinking straight. Landing roughly just within the city's limits, a Durant appeared to take on Avikna at the same time. Mave landed further in the city, approaching slowly as Avikna confronted the two Pokemon. Her choice of training up Nepherit and Isisra came to fruition suddenly. She had no choice but to call out Ray now. Grabbing the Dragon's ball with her hand, she hesitated. But a warmth from the dragon's ball made her mind ease back some. It was as if Ray herself was trying to portray her feelings. Closing her eyes for a moment, the red-head spoke silently to the dragon before finally pulling her ball from her belt and releasing the dragon onto her foes.

The battle had surprisingly went well. Avikna was left in awe at Ray's movements. The dragon listened to her every command. It even floated back towards Avikna after the Durant had fallen. At first the two stared at one another, Ray's three heads seemingly locking eyes with the red-head. Whatever Tay was saying to Nepherit was lost as the world around her and Ray grew silent. Finally, the head of Requiem pushed forward, pressing into Avikna's chest. The red-head lifted her hands up, as if acting upon their own free will and wrapped them behind the dragon's neck. It felt good... having Ray back. And it seemed the dragon held no ill-will towards Avikna. "...vikna? Avikna?" Tay's voice finally broke through the silence. Looking down, Tay was smiling wide. "She said she missed you greatly, and that she hopes she can be of ultimate service to you once again." Ray's three heads retreated, bobbing as if to say they agreed with Tay's translation. "Good to hear. Glad to have you back, Requiem, Arquiem, Yerquiem."
Heading into town, Avikna got Ray and Nepherit healed up, leaving quickly to get back to searching for the next egg. There rested another gym here, though wheither she was ready for it or not was another question. Having Ray back, and a dark-type immune to psychic moves was nice, but was it enough? Not likely. She'd just barely managed to beat Valerie, even with type advantage. She'd need much more than just Ray to beat this gym.
Coming to another section of the city, another duo of wild Pokemon appeared, ready to pick a fight. An Abomasnow in the middle of the city wasn't to good an idea, so it had to be dealt with. "Tay, why don't you take Mave and go look for the egg." Tay glanced up fairly confused. "I'll deal with the wild Pokemon. It's no good to keep going back and fourth from the Pokemon center." After a quick trip to the Pokemon center, Avikna was at it once more. Another Durant and Abomasnow this time around. Durant seemed to be rather abundant around this area. Ray was ready and willing as was the young Nepherit. Avikna had noticed Nepherit's change in stance. She appeared more focused than before. This training was good for her. It made Avikna wonder more on what kind of species she was. The dex provided little to no data, and now that Tay had her dex it was difficult to look it up again. She'd have to pick it up from Tay again later on after all this was settled. For the time being, another battle had begun.
