Yeah it was a risk using Shedinja because of how big of a difference the levels were and just in case there was a problem with the moves of the wild Pokemon. Luckily the ability prevented any attack of getting through. There was a sound alerting him that Bellsprout evolved into Weepinbell. Taking that seat he wanted Simon wished he could find a leaf stone to evolve Weepinbell. Then there was Weed, who according to his Mother wanted to be a Bellossom. Having an extra sun stone Simon could make that work.

Sighing Simon's gaze focused on the failing snow then pass the snow. First off his goal had been to find Giratina, then again that seemed unlikely until he could control his team. Healing Muk up Simon thanked him for his help before returning him and looking down at Litwick. "Told you I wouldn't abandon you." Putting his hands into his pocket he sat down again as Litwick hopped up next to him. The flame on his head dipped low then got bigger showing that he was happy to be out and training. Next ice Pokemon they saw Litwick would take it on, however the next Pokemon that appeared was another Jigglypuff who was weak against poison.

Healing up and returning Muk Simon motioned for Litwick to follow him. Since he was a ghost and all Litwick flew right next to Simon as he put his hands in his coat pocket and walked towards the Frost Caverns. Hearthome was on his list however it wouldn't hurt to let the little candle Pokemon fight his own fights for a little bit. Not looking back Simon went down the rocky path towards the cave, his breath making mist in front of him.

Arriving in Snowbelle Simon returned Noivern but hurried to the pathway to the Pokemon Village as for no reason but to avoid the snow. The path was interesting, so close to snow however like the Pokemon Village the forest path had a lack of snow. Another odd thing was that it was a bit of a maze. Other trainers in the past have tried to put up signs but wild Pokemon always seem to find them and knock them down. However Nita actually visited the Village a lot, she always knew what path to take and told Simon if he promised not to tell anyone else.

Inside the forest path Simon sent out Dusknoir to help him get through the woods. The first split they got to was east or west, according to the info they needed to go east but Simon didn't go right away. Instead he told the directions to Dusknoir asking him to lead the way so other trainers wouldn't be able to see that he knew the way. Taking the lead Dusknoir went east and the next two routes. When Dusknoir paused Simon went around him to see what was up and there was a Pokemon Battle going on. Two young men were battling, one with a "Trevenant, the elder tree Pokemon. It can control trees at will. It will trap people who harm the forest, so they can never leave." Its opponent was a "Garbodor the trash heap Pokemon. It clenches opponents with its left arm and finishes them off with foul-smelling poison gas belched from its mouth." Simon was rooting for the ghost Pokemon but since it was part grass he knew that Garbodor had the advantage and with a sludge move the poison Pokemon won.

Once the victor walked away happy Simon went up to the other guy who was reviving his Trevenant which Dusknoir greeted. "It was a good battle, at least the bit I saw you had a bit of a disadvantage." The kid smiled at him, "Thanks, I actually got my Trevenant in these woods and we've been training to get stronger. Did you want to battle too?" "We'd love to however I need to meet my sister in the Pokemon Village." The kid, Geoff, smiled and nodded but they exchanged information so whenever Simon could battle they would. Returning Trevenant Geoff waved bye to Simon and left. "How was it?" Simon asked Dusknoir in his mind. "He's a newer trainer but Trevenant is happy with the progress so far."Another person who liked Ghost Pokemon, with that the pair continued on.

Arriving in the snowy city Simon quickly returned Noivern and headed for the forest trying to get there before the cold froze him solid. Entering the forest he enjoyed the complete one eighty change of temperature. Rubbing the cold from his arms he started to take the path he remembered from his last visit. Or not, as he found himself at a dead end. Sending a message to Nita he waited for a reply and smiled when he got it. Doubling back Simon took the right direction and right into the path of a dizzy looking Pokemon. "Spinda the spot panda Pokemon. All Spinda that exist in the world are said to have utterly unique spot patterns. The shaky, tottering steps of this Pokemon give it the appearance of dancing.""More like drunk," Simon muttered as he sent Shroomish out by his side to watch Dusknoir handle this.

Watching Dusknoir battle Simon knew he had given him the spell tag to increase the ghost moves, maybe he should look for something to boost dark or ice moves instead. Since those were the moves that Dusknoir really used. When the battle was over Simon nodded, "Dusknoir is really strong, one day so will you be Shroomish.""Roo, oo,"she said happily. Since he took no damage Simon returned Dusknoir then Shroomish before looking up the items he had thought about earlier. Nevermeltice would power up ice moves and he wondered if any of his Pokemon at home already had one, he'd have to check that out later at the Pokemon center PC. To power up dark moves he'd need to locate Black Glasses, that he knew he didn't have.

Continuing down the correct path that Nita showed him Simon paused at the exit looking at the Pokemon Village and frowning. There was another three men, gang members wearing old Team Rocket uniforms. Considering Team Rocket was disbanded and the uniforms didn't look right Simon could tell they were using the uniform to scare other trainers away. Two of them were riding motorcycles around the tall grass while the last one leaned against the house smoking. Narrowing his eyes Simon could feel the heat of anger rising in him as he touched his Pokeballs, time to show these jerks a lession on treating Pokemon well.
