He had to jerk his attention up to keep from getting lost in his smirkish satisfaction, and moved to go join in with his pokemon. "Meebus, how kvickly can we find an egg, do you think?" he asked, frowning at himself when he realized he was.... technically asking the wrong pokemon. Sotnik seemed to notice, too, and gave him a doubtful, disappointed look. He looked back, but swept his gaze back to the rotom all the same. He was the one that could talk, after all.

I am sure that Sotnik will be able to help us find an egg soon. Hopefully by the time you have answered your message, we will be ready to go," he replied, before straightening up, as much as a pokemon without a body could, "Boo and I will begin phasing through everything." Meebus had.... pronounced his name correctly. And he seemed to have been having difficulty focusing on what Zak had said. What the hell was wrong with him? Was he tired? Could ghosts even get tired? He frowned, staring after them, even as Meebus disappeared through a tree, his communicator toppling to the ground. He'd make sure he had it when he got back, if he remembered, but....
Shaking his head, he looked down to respond to Scarlett's message.

Or maybe not. If Cheri was much for facial expression, she would’ve frowned at the sight of the so called Pkemon Village. It was really nothing more than a very grassy meadow with a few pathways and… trash cans here and there. She thought she saw a tire swing off in the distance on one of the nearby trees but there also seemed to be a Snorlax nearby as well. Wonderful.

She really wasn’t sure what she was expecting to be honest. Exactly when and how pokemon could create some kind of a utopian society free from human incursion was well… unrealistic. She did expect it to be more… elaborate or something though? Really it was just another grassy area where pokemon could hide away from humans. Hardly that impressive.

Nonetheless, she once again left Dova with Lafayette and Noah. Those two were still knocked out; they really knew how to sleep heavy even when flying on a dragon. She was impressed with how tender Dova was with her cargo; to think at one point she could barely manage to fly in a straight line and not dive bomb into the ground when landing.

She’d certainly gotten better, more than likely due to all the flying that had occurred recently. One really didn’t have much of a choice but to get better. Or maybe there was a way to keep failing, she didn’t know. She assumed all things got better with time and so was the thought with Dova’s flying. If anything, the who Sharpedo attack had certainly given the dragon a level of tenderness when it came to her cargo. Lafayete and Noah were shifters in their sleep but somehow, she managed to maneuver, while flying, to keep them from falling off.

Overall, it was impressive. Cheri was impressed by Dova. She was a sort of… silly? Stupid? ‘Special’ dragon. It was hard to really pinpoint; she acted like a child at times, a pet at others. Very rarely did she act anything beyond that and judging from her age, she wasn’t all that young. She wasn’t sure if it was influence from Lafayette or not; maybe that was something she’d consider. Cheri shifted gears though as she found an egg, picking it up and looking it over. That was the last one in Kalos. Now all they had to do was head to… ALola. Well it was a good thing Lafayette was asleep still…

Huey still kept on him his lucky penny as they took to the air, but of course he refrained from doing anything more than holding onto. He couldn’t imagine anything good coming from him trying to flip his coin in the middle of the air, he couldn’t even keep from letting the coin drop when he was on solid ground. He highly doubted he’d be able to catch it when he was in the air, riding a pokemon.

In an attempt to keep this natural serenity, Huey made sure to move as quickly and quietly as he could. He only allowed Cloud to stay out with him, and together the two searched the area for an egg. Staraptor waited by the edge of the forest, nothing escaping her keen gaze. Quite a few pokemon lived here, that was obvious, but for now they were all staying in hidden. Which was good for them. She hypothesized that those who called this area home rarely ever saw humans, but considering this place was on the map for every eager egg hunter to find… this area must’ve been getting far more human visits than any would be used to.

Huey sunk down into the grass, hoping that a view closer to the ground would grant him more visibility, and a higher opportunity to find his egg. If not, then… he was just looking silly for no reason. Thankfully, there wasn’t anyone else around to see him like this. Except Cloud, and Staraptor. But, at least one of them couldn’t tell anyone what they saw. So, that was good. Huey smiled when, after a few minutes of doing an awkward crouch shuffle, he managed to come across an egg. There!
