Princess Festival Area/Monument to the Lost Worlds

In the Summer, there is a Festival celebrating the Princess of Tagonia.



However she has declared this area to also be a monument to the worlds lost to the darkness and to celebrate and thank the keybladers everywhere who fought to bring back the worlds still shrouded in the darkness.

Eric was sitting alone on the stairs gazing at the monument to the lost worlds.

He seemed relaxed in the autumn air.
He looked older too now.
He had a gentle, caring, happy smile on his face. He didn't know if he'd ever return to start his keyblade mastery class. He was just happy being in the here and now. He felt relieved that the darkness was halted for now.

He was also in love. He couldn't care about anything else at the moment.

"You seem lonely out here." Reiko said, striding in her usual attire, going to sit next to Eric while she laid her head on his shoulders. Her dark red hair was pulled into a bun shape. "Are you enjoying your time, love?"

Eric smiled seeing Reiko. He held her close.
"I am. Tagonia is almost finish rebuilding. I get to spend my time with the most beautiful and loving woman in the worlds" he grinned and rubbed his neck.

"Jaster popped by earlier and told me what we missed. Also made me....older....im still younger than you, but by a year now." he said.

Reiko lovingly kissed Eric as he finished speaking, pulling away after a few seconds had passed. "Ah. It's hard to believe time has passed by so quick..." The princess smiled and tussled Eric's hair. "As long as you are by my side, I think I can finally lead this world back to what it once was."

Eric was blushing even at this age after they kissed.

He smiled and pulled out some roses that grew well in the autumn and wove one into her hair.
"yeah. I decided something though. I may not go for keyblade mastery. As long as im with you, and I can prevent the....sad....dark future im from....then my life is complete"

Reiko blushed as Eric gently tucked the flower into her dark red hair. He always knew the perfect touch that would help further her beauty. "That's wonderful. You don't need anything that proves mastery as long as you can believe you're strong enough." She said, giving her friend a hug. "So I guess we'll be together....In a way..."

Eric hugged her back gently.
"yeah. Even if..." he started to kick his foot, nerveous.
"even if we cant be boyfriend and girlfriend. Im happy to be your friend. I really like you, in a deep way."

"Nonsense." Reiko said, holding Eric's chin in her gentle and soft hands. "Even if my mother doesn't see us as compatible, we're still...Boyfriend and girlfriend." She blushed a little more herself, though not as mcuh as Eric. "I like you in the same way. I'm sure the people know this as well." She kissed Eric's cheek playfully.

Eric smiles.
"yeah. Im sure they do. Mabye some of them are still trying to convince your mom that im compatible. I mean....back then, she was looking for a prince to marry you. I am a prince...in all technicality. My dad was a king, mom was a princess...my aunt was also a princess, my uncle a prince...none of them liked titles though." he laughed and smiled gently brushing his hand on her face.

"I asked Jaster to let everyone at the academy know that they could come here, as long as it isn't too much trouble."

"It's not a problem at all. They would be welcomed with open arms." Reiko replied, interested in the concept of marriage now that Eric brought it up. "She did?" The woman asked, tilting her head. "Well, I coulda kinda....I mean, it could work..." She trailed off, jumping around the subject matter.

Eric smiled
"It doesn't have to be right now. Mabye sometime in the future." he grinned
"I mean, marriage is a...big thing." he rubbed behind his head
"really big commitment. I think one step at a time, see where it goes."

He then thought back to the keybladers coming.
"I mean, as long as they don't cause a problem, sure. It would be good for this world too. I remember Rose, my aunt, getting a lot of stuff last time she was here. She liked it here. It would be nice, y'know, not being the only two wielders on the world." he spoke nervously.

"Yeah." Reiko said, going to hold Eric's hand. "We should maybe wait and see...But I could see myself...." THe woman trailed off again, blushing a good amount now.

Rice would wander in after Reiko's recent arrival. He reached Eric and grunted, pawing at his leg.

Eric smiled and held her hand gently
He looked into her eyes smiling
"I love you Reiko. I love you with all my heart and soul"

He then looked at Rice and chuckled patting Rice's head
"hey Rice."

Reiko nodded before kissing Eric again, looking down at the panda cub that had joined her for oh so many travels, lifting him up and setting him on her lap. "You're getting big, Rice. Pretty soon, I won't be able to lift you." She said, patting the cub's head.

Rice yawned and laid down, enjoying the attention.
