Eric seemed rather confused by his words which were rather natural for someone like him and was about to answer his question but then Carter entered the room disrupting his train of though, Not that he minded but was rather curious in why of all times this person showed up, This person seemed new to him but the person seemed to be minding his own business as he stared out through the window. Eric seemed to know him and told him if he was looking for Kalena she left a while ago, Distracted as he was he did provide Angra with some rather useful info such as his name."Eric..Eye's forward."He said telling him to place his attention back onto him so he could continue."As i was saying the reason why your hands are constantly cold is because your constantly been using your Darkness, Whether consciously or not."Angra said as he started smoking again letting out a cloud of smoke in front of him that quickly imploded itself by Angra's will."Now i'm going to teach you how to control this But first we'll start by having you turning this ability off first alright?"Angra asked Eric if he was still on board for this.

Eric turned back towards Angra and nodded. This made sense to him, especially when he came back to this time line, he had a lot of anger and depression when he disappeared then reappeared during a war in this time line.

Seeing as Eric agreed once more he started to speak again."Good, That's just the attitude i was expecting though don't expect this to be flashy or anything, the process of this is quite simple."Angra say stomping on any hopes of some flashy scenario as he extended his left hand out towards as a light amount of Darkness exited out of his fingertips like wispy smoke in the wind flowing upward, The wasn't much to describe it other than an inky black."This is going to sound strange even under this school's terms but i want you to hold on to this cold feeling with your hands and just pull, Not with your body but your Will and Mind alone. Your body try move despite this but that's fine, But don't focus on your body, Just coldness that's wrapped around your arms."Angra started to explain as Angra's Darkness started to slowly slide back into his hand as if he was demonstrating on what to do."Close your eyes if you need to, Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Now at a certain point you show feel an incredible coldness in your chest, Almost as if you walking out into a winter storm without a shirt on. Don't loosen yourself just yet and keep that coldness right in your chest until it starts to warm up until your chest feel normal again. As this happens you need to breath in and out through your mouth to push the cold air out and draw the warm air in.."Angra continued saying as he lowered his arm continuing."This exercise is to help gain a foundation to control the darkness inside one's self. If you keep doing this eventually a simple exhall would be sufficient to control your Darkness."Angra said as he seemed to finish teaching Eric what he needed to do."But for now i just want you to focus on drawing that coldness into your chest till it heats up back to normal, You'll probably be able to touch stuff again in five minutes or so.."Angra say with a small smile as he folded his arms and watch Eric progress through the training exercise.

Eric's eyes seemed to glaze over as he concentrated on his hands, the darkness within as he started to pull it back until he felt very cold within his chest. This didn't help too much as the hatred started to well back up inside of him. He then though of simple flowers which calmed him right down again. He felt cold, very cold, so cold that he breathed out a wisp of darkness like smoke as if the room was very cold and you could see your own breath.

Carter could feel the change in atmosphere but he didn't mind. He tapped the pane of glass and let it freeze over before letting it break and fall away. Out of boredom, he decided to make the window again. Sand slid up and piled up in the pane before solidifying again.

Angra stood there unfazed due to his willpower as he didn't even batter a shiver from this cold that was being created due to Eric's past memories flowing back into him into him but he seemed to be able to calm himself down on his own, But he wasn't taking any chances."Just remember this Eric, There is no use in seek vengeance for what is already long over. you may still hate them but trying to act in what you believe to be vengeance is nothing more then be antagonistic and you would be the villain of the story. Toss that hatred aside and move forward!"Angra said as he made an attempt to help Eric be at ease with his hatred more easily.Angra then continued to watch Eric as he breathed out just like he instructed."Good. Continue doing this until your chest warms up to normal like i instructed."Angra said as he decided to glance at the other individual in the room with them and saw him in a rather broad state remaking the window that was shattered due to level of coldness in the room."Is something the matter?"Angra decided to ask the individual seeing as how he had the free time to do so, There would have been no need for him to watch Eric as he did the exercise as he should have been focused on the exercise more than a measly conversation such as the one he was trying to create with Eric, A rather small talk if one will.

Eric continued to breathe as if the room was very cold as dark wisps left his mouth like small clouds. He heard what Angra said and this made the dark wisps happen more but lessening up as he continued. He could see the warden in his mind and striking him down as a 8 year old boy. He did that for vengeance but as soon as he was dead, he claimed it and moved on.

He heard the glass breaking and then reforming, like a crashing waterfall, crashing over hot rocks. He started to feel warm, the dark wisps coming from his mouth became less and less until they were no more.

He blinked his eyes a few times then looked at his hands.
"im starting to feel the warmth. Its...not a feeling im used to. "

Angra watched as Eric started to have a better grasp of the Darkness within him due to his words until finally Eric said he felt warm, Something he wasn't use to."Then that means you have done it, Well done..It's rare for someone to finish this meditation within a week let alone a few minutes."Angra said complimenting Eric for his patience and devotion to the task he gave to him. Carter then gave some of his words of encouragement to Eric as well. Angra noticed Eric imbalance and said to him."Don't worry, You just feel weak due to the fact you aren't using your Darkness constantly anymore, It seemed the longer you it plagued you with it's usefulness the more you relied on it's strength until it became your new norm..Things may be a bit more difficult for you since your not being constantly buffed by the Darkness."Angra explained to Eric as he folded his arms.

"do you think its possible that my physical strength was being boosted by the darkness as well, I know my speed....I am naturally fast....all the time I was running away from Kalena as a kid..." he chuckled with a goofy smile now leaning against a wall.

Angra listened to Eric's question and nodded at the quirosity and answered."Yes, It quite possible, It seems likely that this is the cause to you feeling so weak all the sudden."He started believing that this is the reason to his sudden decrease in strength."But i wouldn't let this discourage you, If you start training like everyone else i believe you'll be just fine."He reassured as he no longer felt the need to be here due to him completing his first task as a teacher which felt rather pleasant to the notion of helping another living being, He took a moment before thinking of leaving and eyed his armored hand for a moment before hearing Eric's saying due to his bloodline he learned things at a faster rate, He decided to discourage this though explaining."What's the point of rushing things if you can't enjoy them."Angra stated as he decided to leave those word for Eric to think over as he unfolded his arms and continued to smoke as he left the Mastery room seeing as how he was no longer needed, After doing this he figured he would check up on his sister and see how she was doing so far.
