Sometimes I'm amazed at some of the advice that certain diets give on eating "healthier". Some of them are just bloody ridiculous... or there's a better way getting around certain diet issues than what they're suggesting. rolleyes

Basically people who try to completely eliminate junk food from their life are way more likely to end up binging on it in a moment of weakness.

Let yourself have a bit of chocolate every now and then and you're probably not going to spazz out when they bring out the chocolate fudge brownies.

Unless you're me. There is never enough chocolate.
